DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! 1 hour and 55 min later still not have received my order! I called to place my order at 17h21, and knowing full well that it is rush hour for them. I placed my order knowing full well that it might be longer than usual, so I had a 45 min est time of arrival given to me. 18h30 rolls around and still not sign of the delivery... I figured after an hour wait I would call to check in. First woman who answered the phone did not speak a word of French or English and instead of either, not answering the phone because she is incapable of any type of customer service, or passing me to someone who would be able to help me out, she just starting talking hysterically in lebanese. Finally after a solid 2 min of ranting someone else finally took the phone who obviously not aware of the status of my order, without hesitation she just replied "leave in 5 min" and then the line went dead. Gulable me, I waited.... And waited... It is now 19h35 and the driver just showed up.

TWO HOURS FOR DELIVERY IS UNACCEPTABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

I refused the order and will make sure that everyone hears this story, its not the first time... And after 3 strikes of this nonsense I will never be going to this establishment ever again!

SAVE YOURSELF FROM HEADACHES DISAPPOINTMENT AND EXTREME LONG WAIT!...

Terrible after sales service. First, these guys are on UBER but when you order, it later tells you that they are handling their own deliveries. OK... sketchy but whatever, maybe it's for the best.

So today, there's a lot of snow. Ok, I get it, not a problem and accept that it will take an hour. nearly 2 hours and the food hasn't arrived. Called to politely ask if everything was cool. I must emphasized that I was very polite and simply asked for an update. Got the silliest and most condescending response that I have ever received. Seriously, if my response was F.U. it would actually be well deserved but, I simply said ok and would wait a bit longer... Asked if I can cancel my order and they told me, deal with UBER. She then told me, you're order is ready and on our counter waiting for a driver... dude, it's been 2 hours... you're telling me a platter of chicken has been sitting there for 2 hours.

Seriously. If you can't handle deliveries, don't do them. There's snow outside. Sure, we all understand that it will take a bit of time. When your order has been sitting somewhere for 2 hours, asking for an update is normal.

I'm cancelling not because I don't mind waiting. I'm not going to feed my pregnant wife and kid chicken that's been sitting on top of a counter or in a car for...

This is the last time I will eat at this place. I was always a big fan of Amir but this is it for me. I had to call off of work today because of food poisoning. 2 days ago I went out before closing time to eat with my wife and her cousin. I had mixed plate with chiken and been while my wife and her cousin only had chicken. Chiken was still on the fire while the beef was setting out with out heat. The worker was just microwaving it. I had a feeling that this was not normal since the worker was careless of replacing the plate that he was microwaving the beef. But I had not eaten all day and I was hungry so I made the mistake of eating it. At night I stated feeling sick and for the pass days I have been throwing up. I am just lucky that my wife that us pregnant didnt have the beef. If would of been scary to think that she could if gotten sick as well. My only advice go the company is please regulate how your food is handled and make sure fresh food is always avaliable and keep the heat on your food to avoid contamination. You have lost my business for life so...
