Unbelievable, this is the worest restaurant that I have been to while visiting Montreal and we will never go back there. We have found the staff is very rude while talking with customers, they don't smile, they served us a wrong order on top of that they didn't apologize. We had to wait more then 40 minutes to get our order then we got a wrong order. Even good night, bye, thank you, bon appetit, we didn't hear them from the staff, It seems like we went to a place where they offer a free food. Even my friend who was with me who works as food quality control noticed the lettuce is dirty. Dear manager or owner, people don't come only for food, but also, and more important, the service that you offer with the food. Any restaurant can offer a food but not all of them can offer a good service. The food is mushy and the chef only gave me few dried chicken batons and wet slushy salad!
I work in restaurant service so I know the food they gave me is leftover…. It’s really insulting
Back then the food used to come in large quantity and very fresh. Now the price increased so much I get it because of inflation they have to change price.but why the quality deteriorated so much ? I don’t know what happened to their management now but apparently I won’t come back anymore until things improve.

Malheureusement, notre expérience aujourd’hui a été profondément décevante, au point de nous choquer. À l’occasion de la graduation de notre neveu, nous avons voulu lui faire plaisir en lui offrant sa pizza préférée, celle de chez vous. De retour à la maison, alors que nous ouvrons la boîte, un petit cafard en est sorti. Cela a provoqué une véritable panique. Nous avons immédiatement jeté la pizza. Le plus décevant, cependant, a été la réaction du restaurant. Lorsque nous avons appelé pour signaler l’incident, non seulement on ne nous a pas crus, mais le gérant nous a littéralement raccroché au nez. Aucune écoute, aucune excuse, aucun geste, même pas une simple volonté de vérifier les faits ou de nous recevoir pour en discuter. Nous ne cherchions pas un remboursement. Nous espérions simplement un minimum de respect, une reconnaissance de notre inquiétude, un remerciement pour les avoir avisés, et surtout, une assurance qu’ils prendraient des mesures pour vérifier la salubrité. Malheureusement, rien de cela ne s’est produit.
We have been loyal customers of Maison Istanbul for many years and have always enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, our experience today was deeply disappointing and honestly quite shocking.
To celebrate our nephew’s graduation, we wanted to treat him with his favorite pizza from your restaurant. We brought it home, and to our surprise and horror, a small cockroach came out of the box. It caused panic among us, and we immediately threw the pizza away.
The most upsetting part, however, was the way the restaurant handled our call. When we contacted them to report the incident, not only did they not believe us, but the manager actually hung up on us. There was no attempt to listen, no apology, and not even a basic willingness to investigate or invite us back to verify the situation.
