We had an event on March 19 that ended up not going as planned. We were walking outside debating on where to go and even wanting to go home. My friend & I passed in front of this place and she said she wanted to try it. I was skeptical because our night was already not the best and I just wanted to go home at that point. I went for my friend.
When we got there the place was packed. Not only was the bouncer in a good mood, he was cracking jokes, made us burst out laughing and it set the mood for the rest of the time we were there. The music was fan-freaking-tastic! I made my way over to the bar which was hard to access and I looked at the barman to my right on the computer and asked if I could place an order since I couldn't access the bar directly. He took the time to take my order, was very patient with me, and then I realized he literally planned the evening to just take orders while the barmen were making the drinks. That is not at all the same service or vibe I got at another bar the same night.
Everyone was in a great mood, the music was amazing, the planning and execution from the management was just brilliant! Honestly, this made my night! Thanks for everything! Will definitely be...

I had a particularly bad experience where two clients were arguing next to me. The barman, in front of everyone including my friends, grabbed my glass of champagne and started screaming at me. This was despite one of the arguing clients apologizing for pushing me. His ego was so high that he ignored everyone, including his colleagues, who pointed out I wasn't involved. We ended up leaving because I wanted to call the police after he spilled the champagne on me.
I met with one of the owners who was sincerely apologetic, but the service recovery was lacking. I wasn't offered a reimbursement for my drink (which I did not even want), nor did the barman apologize; I just wanted an acknowledgment of the rude behavior.
While the place can be enjoyable, if you are mistreated, there are other spots. I hope they improve their hiring process to get kinder staff.

So yeah, my private space was invaded multiple times by the same person while I was dancing. I tried moving away, but that person kept coming closer to me. I started dancing sticking out my elbows to prevent that person from pushing me further away, but the person kept pushing and even started shaking theirhair to irritate me even more. In the end, that person didnât like me protecting my personal space, so they complained to the security guy. The security guy wasnât speaking French, he was responding to me in English despite me speaking French; and blaming me for speaking English slowly, despite it not being my first language. I was asked to go outside with the arguments that I had more drinks that the accusing person (lol, yeah, I spent more money) and that the accusing person had friends inside while I didnât....
