I wanted to share the incredible experience I had this morning with JP at IA salon. JP meticulously did my balayage, he is an incredible colourist! He takes his time, he is warm, kind and welcoming. He treats his client with so much respect I really found my time with him very pleasant annnnd I am VERY happy with my hair again as he did my first balayage...he was so good, I followed him here to IA...My first time at the salon and I am so happy I did, in addition to the excellent job JP did, the environment was VERY COVID safe, very clean, honestly I am very happy. it is truly so important to feel safe while being pampered during these crazy times. We need to support each other stay safe and be able to walk into a space and for a couple of hours, and just relax!! Thank you very much JP and the staff at IA I will definitely see...

I don’t recommend this salon for hair color at all. I had an appointment today, when arriving after half an hour consultation and wasting my time, the hair dresser refused todo my hair balayage for No specific reason!!! This is so unprofessional to waste people’s time and just emphasising that you need to go and come back another day to color your hair!!! It should be noted that he has seen my hair photo last night and confirming that it’s possible to do the balayage on it. My worst experience at...

Everyone is so nice and welcoming! I’ve been going to Marc for my balayage and cannot express how happy I’ve been with my hair colour results. I have very dark hair, it was always very difficult for me to trust a colourist. But Marc is fantastic he really listens to you and is so knowledgeable with his suggestions. I recommend him to everyone! For the dark hairs girlies out there looking to go lighter he is your person! I always look forward to seeing him. Highly recommend him...
