Look. I've been to my fair share of karaoke bars, so I know how the drill works. You put in a song with your name and you wait your turn. However, the DJ at this place was displaying some serious favouritism. We were there long before 10pm and got our names in the queue early, and yet the table next to ours arrived after us and sang 3-4 songs each while we sang only one song each, despite putting in multiple song requests in early in the night. In one case, we put in our request at 10:45pm and by 1am we still hadn't been called up. Also, when we first entered, we hadn't even had a second to catch up with our friends (who had already ordered) before a waitress was trying to get a drink order from us. Which could be fine depending on context, but she then demanded we pay immediately. This was all before we'd even finished removing our winter gear. Come on, we're obviously going to order a drink, give us 5 minutes to settle in! It did not make us feel very welcome. All in all, a very disappointing night. I would recommend you look elsewhere...
Read moreMe and my girlfriend went for a karaoke night the ambience was nice and fun so was the karaoke but on the other hand the bartender was extremely rude unprofessional kept skipping every question my girlfriend had and threatened to kick us out twice if we did not drink at first I did not tip the bar tender because of her bad service and attitude and she threatened to kick us out if I did not tip her
(Tip means to insure proper services)
And is not an obligation you tip in relation to the quality of the service and the service was abysmal all but proper and to sell under pressure like that when you just want to have a good karaoke night is simply disgusting
Would not recommend if you get the same bar tender we had some old blond lady with a Self-intitled attitude no manners or costumer service ability
I work in costumer service to and if I treated my costumers like that I would not last long at my job simply a bad experience because of...
