I went on a Monday night at 11:30 PM. Surprisingly the place was packed, took the last parking spot in their parking lot.
Place was clean and there was no lineup, so service was fast. The employe was polite.
On the other hand, the choices for donuts was terribly limited. None of the stapples were available: Chocolate glazed, honey glazed, boston cream, etc. None available. They had about 20-25 donuts total in the display and none of the choices were very appealing. I ordered 6 and emptied one of their options, with 2 more from an other that I also emptied. So not great for customers that would come after.
The donuts themselves are pretty meh. If you compare what they are offering now from say 10 years ago, it's night and day. They look and feel like what you would buy at a super market.
Comparing Tim's offering with Krispy Creme or Bernie Beigne and they look pathetic.
This is an update to a previous review I did several years ago, at that time it was 5 stars. So they did deteriorate quite a bit. I hope they will improve because right now, the food itself is not really worth it IMHO. I don't drink coffee so maybe for people wanting a place to relax and have a coffee it would be ok, but for the donuts I...
Read moreLast visit, the ordering machines were both down or turned off. Regardless, they have a lot of volume/traffic in the rush hour periods and unless you're ordering via the mobile app, be prepared for some wait time.
Service is still relatively quick as the team puts in good effort to get things done, unlike some other branches and other fast food chains.
The food quality is adequate and very Tim Hortons like, which is not a bad thing. Certainly not the best, but not exactly terrible either. It is not overly salty or sweet or overdone. This does mean that some people perceive it as a lack of flavor though, but others love it as some other chains just put excessive...
Read moreClearly this place has a cleanliness and hygiene issue. I have not once walked into this branch without seeing an alarming number of flies, especially in the doughnuts' refrigerator. Seeing flies on the doughnut you were craving on the way there is the last thing anyone would want. Cleanliness apart, literally only one employee in this branch speaks English, and it's always the busy older one trying to clean the mess of the new employees. I have been told more than once (in French) "sorry I can't serve you I don't understand English". I feel like I can go all day about the bad routines and issues at...
