UPDATE: as you can see the owner's ridiculous response... they are now out of business.... guess I wasn't the only one...

Original review: So disappointed. 5:15pm - ordered 6:19 - they called and said one of the machines was not working, could I pay cash, I said no. They said it would take a bit longer. 6:21- I called back and said I was worried it would be cold and they said it just left 6:40 -it a arrived cold and the pizza was overcooked, like it had been put back in. 6:43 - I called to tell them it was cold and over cooked and he said it was not possible, that had it not been cooked yet when they had called me at 6:19, I said How did it leave then within 3 minutes ? Then he said I lived far so of course it wasn’t hot but yet I reminded him they got it to me in 15 minutes, then he started saying it was it when they called me at 6:19 yet it arrived at 6:40.... he lied without even thinking twice. Started yelling at me. I hung up. Never ever again. Avoid at all costs, many better...

I work in event planning and had a months long project 5 mins away from bardeco. Every single event we would order pizzas from Bardeco and it never failed! We’d often get participants complimenting the pizza and asking where we got it! Extremely accommodating and always gave us discounts and free fries without us even asking! We were not aware we were getting discounts until we checked the receipts!!!

I would call them only two hours in advance for 15 Large pizzas at a time and they would prepare them all perfectly! They even would accommodate last minute changes for some orders and truly went above and beyond to offer us fantastic service throughout the months we had our events. Everything from discounts to accommodations to giving us fantastic recommendations!

Will definitely be passing by for pizza...

The person taking the order very rude and belittles the customers. While waiting for my order, Three customers came in, One was paying cash and he tells the customer to have his cash in ready in hand, that he is very busy and he is wasting his time (it was not a long interaction for him to carry on like that) .. The other two were Uber drivers with bags to collect their orders, he refused to give them the pizza because he deemed their bags to be inadequate, Then proceeds to show them what kind of bag is acceptable to take the pizza and told them to get another driver to come pick up the order or they can buy the bag from him, Which they did. The food is decent, but that behaviour is unacceptable and I will not be buying...
