Beautiful park! This park is located at the tip of the peninsula. It’s not extensive, one might finish walking the whole park (starting from the right side path and returning through the left side path) in around 30 minutes, but it’s still worth the visit! During the whole path, you will have a broad view of the two lakes that surround the park, which makes the experience quite nice! The park has also a bike lane that is very inviting due to its beautiful surroundings. I find it important to mention that the washroom is limited as there was only one porta-potty at the entrance, so keep that in mind! Additionally, I found the area quite windy (it’s a peninsula, which explains it) and for this reason, I recommend you wear warm clothes. I went there in late October on a sunny day, and despite wearing a warm jacket, I wished I had brought gloves. The trees were beautiful with fall colours! I cannot wait to see this park in the winter. Highly recommend it!

It is a stunning and peaceful park that offers breathtaking views and a perfect blend of nature and art. Situated on a narrow peninsula extending into the St. Lawrence River, the park provides picturesque water views on both sides, making it a serene spot for walking, cycling, or simply relaxing. It is well-known for its impressive outdoor sculptures, adding a creative and cultural element to your visit. The beautifully landscaped trails are ideal for nature lovers and offer plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the scenery. Whether you’re exploring the waterfront, taking in the art installations, or enjoying a quiet picnic, the park provides a tranquil escape from the city. It’s especially beautiful during sunrise or sunset, making it a must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike. Perfect for a leisurely day outdoors!

Surrounded by water on the three sides, and a beautiful Sunset location at the end with flights taking off every 5 minutes, this park is a happy place for photographers. There is adequate space for BBQ and family get together. The walking/running and cycling tracks are separated, and you would certainly enjoy doing those activities by the waterfront. If fishing is your hobby, you are bound to have a good time, as it is next to the river. There are some sculptures spread across the park as well. On the flip side, the restrooms are way too small, and accessibility is a problem, as it is on the slight uphill kind of thing. Cleanliness was also a constraint, because of the bird droppings, but it's ok I think.

Even though you were not allowed to bring your cars there or the docks were empty at the time of my visit that doesn't mean it was empty. Not at all. I had decided to take an early walk. My first trip there after the lockdown. There wasn't a lot of foot traffic but there was a lot of people going back and forth on their bicycles. The morning was so fresh and nice. The temperature was so right. Unlike today. Everyone I encountered was social distancing including myself. Several people actually said thank you to me when they saw me moving out of their way when we pass each other that made me smile. While I was enjoying the beautiful park and nature I came upon a duck down in the water looking for food along the banks of the Lachine Canal. I stopped for a while and took pictures of him and even a video. Then I continued walking. I love that park because it is so big and in normal times you could have had big celebrations there of all kinds and watch the various sizes of boats on the Canal. The good old days😊😊😍. When I was leaving the park that was I encountered a lot of foot traffic going into the park to enjoy a nature and have a bit of exercise and commune...
