I recently had the pleasure of dining at Copper Branch, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The restaurant boasts a clean, warm, and modern aesthetic that instantly sets a comfortable and inviting tone. The ambiance is perfect for a casual meal or a relaxed gathering with friends.

Ordered a galaxy burger (was good), and French fries. This is the second time I ordered the fries and both tmes they tasted like they were reheated.....yuk!!! For the price, they should be made fresh. The fries were way too salty, like they were trying to cover up the stale taste with salt!! They only had one piece of cheesecake, I wanted 2 slices. However, the cheesecake had a weird aftertaste, like plastic. At least the staff was friendly. Definitely not worth the money spent. Too bad!!!

UPDATE: Thank you for your response. Yes, my review is regarding the specific branch. Also, just to be clear, the taste of stale french fries is the same whether a person is vegan or not! And yes, the after taste of plastic is yuk, gross, disgusting. Has nothing to do with it being vegan or not. I know what vegan tastes like as I have been a vegan for almodt 25 years....longer than this business has been around. So, please don't criticize the customer but acknowledge the poor quality of your food. Your branch was closing at 9pm, I was there at 845pm for my order. Perhaps you just gave me the leftovers instead of making fresh food? Either way, the food was terrible. Thank you for offering a refund however, I live outside of Montreal so I can't just drive there to...

Not just the food but the smile and the warmth of the personalities who serve the food. I walked in on a cold weekday night, and the lady behind the counter 'R', welcomes me , her genuine and cozy smile. My order was prepared by Marco, perfect to the T, fresh and just the right temperature, and presented in the true copper Branchstyle, where each ingredient in the bowl Smiles at you. The interior was spic and span, yes the washroom too. Hard at work these 2- 💪. A quick chit chat, to know me personally, made me feel like a human and not just a statistic who walks in. No I don't know them personally, but I will frequent this Branch from far . Congrats to the two, and the owner. I left nourished, my tummy and my heart ❤️.
