Georges Le Roi Du Sous-Marin — Restaurant in Montreal

I am giving it a one because they don't allow giving a zero. We have been ordering from Georges Le Roi since 2010. The first time we ordered we ordered a pizza and Sub. The pizza was so burnt along with the Sub. My husband called and they sent a new pizza and sub. Since then this has been our go to restaurant when we want to order in or even order and pick up. In I would say November 2019 they had a fire and closed down for repairs. When they finally opened we order our usual Pizza and Sub and it was not the same as it was prior to the fire. Prior to the fire we would order or take out at least once a month if not more. But in February 2020 when we ordered it was terrible. Both burnt. So we decided that was it we would not be ordering from George Le Roi again. But last night I decided that we would order out since we have been stuck in the house and not able to go out to a restaurant. So we looked at all the menus for restaurants in our area and decided that we would give it another chance. BIG MISTAKE. Both the sub and pizza burnt to a crisp. I do not understand how a cook could take a pizza out of an oven and put it in a box and send it out looking like the pizza we received. It is just unbelievable that someone would send out work like that. Also the Sub was so burnt we could not tell what was steak or pepperoni. And the bun was burnt as well. Very disappointing. When my husband called all they said was DESOLE, DESOLE. I felt like driving over to the restaurant and throwing the pizza in the cooks face. That how DESOLE I was. Thank god I was able to pull something together to eat at a moments notice. We do not have many restaurants in this are but I would suggest...

I Been coming to this place for years, But this time it was the worst experience ever, Ordered their 12'' steak and peperoni subs, I had night sweats and the worst indigestion that evening , not long that evening my wife experienced the same.Did not bother calling this place to complain. but i think they lost a customer i'm giving this place a 2 star not only for this time, but things have not been the same...

Services de marde en bon québécois une étoile donner c'est déjà trop ... Vous offrez un services de livraison ... Cependant je demeure à 5.5 km de votre restaurant et aujourd'hui nous sommes dimanche ou vous me dites que votre livreur es trop occupé et qu'il ne se rend pas Jusqu'à cher moi ... Je suis dans le.meme secteur que vous!!! De plus, 1 fois sur deux vous dites oui ... Donc si je comprend, votre livreur décide s'il veux livrer ou pas et quand ... C'est de la grosse criss de marde sale sa !

Je me plaint de votre services inutiles ... Enlever les services de livraisons tout simplement !

Et d'ailleur oui je pourrais bien sûr me déplace mais vous offrez un services de livraison !

Donc dommage car je me présente souvent a votre restaurant je donne du bon tips et même quand votre livreur décide de venir a ma porte !

Malheureusement je viendrais plus a votre resto je vais faire une publication comme quoi votre services es hors du commun surtout quand on se retrouve dans le même secteur ceci est dans votre obligations de livraison a respecter Vous l'offrez mais vous êtes dans l'incapacité de le faire même dans un rayon...
