— Terrible Experience on June 23, 2025 – Won’t Be Returning
I visited this Harvey’s location on June 23, 2025, at 8:12 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich — something I get all the time — but from the moment I walked in, the staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism were obvious.
The cashier was on what sounded like a personal call while taking my order, holding the phone to her ear the whole time. Then I’m handed a plain crispy chicken sandwich. I asked if it was mine (since I was the only one in line), and she said yes. I let her know that I had asked for Buffalo, not plain, and she snapped back, “Well then pay more,” in a rude and condescending tone. I paid the extra $1.14 just to avoid any more hassle.
The sandwich they gave me had buffalo sauce lazily drizzled on top — not tossed like it always is when I order it. I pointed that out and was told again, “That’s how we make it,” in the same dismissive tone. I pressed the issue because I know what I ordered and how it’s usually prepared.
When the manager (i think his name is Warned or something of the sort i’m not too sure on the spelling) finally got involved, he brushed it off, saying, “It’s the same thing,” and “We already washed the dishes,” even though it was only 8:23 PM and they don’t close until 9. He eventually tossed the chicken in some sauce and handed it off to be assembled.
By the time I finally got the sandwich the way I originally ordered it, the food was already cold and I had completely lost my appetite. I wish I could’ve got refunded because the food wasn’t worth it anymore.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. The service was rude, the staff had terrible attitudes, and the food was carelessly prepared. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone....

The first time I came I asked for a plain burger junior as it was for a toddler, this emoloyee started laughing at me and asking "why you want plain burger at Harvey's " I responded that it was for a toddler. She laughed even more and proceeded to tell her coworkers to make a "burger with nothing" and rolling her eyes and started to laugh again... I grabbed the burger and left.
Second time I came the cashier didn't speak fluent English(which I understand) but again I asked for a plain burger and three water bottles. She yelled at me "what is a bottle" I pointed at the bottles behind her in the fridges and said "those are bottles" She yelled "you could of just said water" giving me an awful attitude(seriously?).
I walked over to the lady making the burger. She started speaking French with me and I said "sorry, could you speak English? I am not from here" With an attitude "just a plain burger?" "Yes plain it's for a toddler" I responded.
"Just telling you now not everyone speaks English and not everyone speaks French so learn some French" she said rolling her eyes.
"I understand but I'm not from here I'm sorry" "Whatever" and rolled her eyes.
This location absolutely sucks at customer service and therefore if I could, less than one star is what I'd give in this review.
Thanks for giving me the opportunity to not come back here and letting me do this review that will allow other customers to understand that this location needs to hire new people. Read moreIf I could give negative stars, I would. My experience at this location was terrible. The employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially the manager. We paid over $50 for two trios and a 12-piece chicken nuggets, yet they didn’t want to give us more than two sauces. When we politely asked for just one extra sauce, the staff acted as if we were asking for something unreasonable. It’s absurd that a multibillion-dollar corporation can’t spare a few sauces for customers paying that much.. 🙄🙄🙄🙄
The only bright spot in this visit was the one girl who made our sandwiches—at least she gave me extra pickles. But even her small act of kindness couldn’t save this experience.
We came here to eat and expected basic respect, but instead were met with attitude and no regard for customer service. We will never be coming back, and I absolutely do not recommend this place.
Visit date: January 9th at 12:27. Avoid this location at all costs
Editing my review - even guest experiences are lazy and no one reached out once i submitted my report. Maybe reporting this place to the BBB would help?
