Many things. To make it simple, the pizza sauce is just unseasonned canned tomato paste, barelly any cheese (yes italian style pizza doesn't use a lot of cheese but even that is a small amount), all you taste is the pepperonni ... The pasta Alfredo is ... liquid and oily (pasta alfredo is butter and cheese, sometimes egg yolk to help it thicken, no oil) ... The sauce is closer to water than a sauce. My girlfriend found a beard hair in her dish after the fourth bite. Our server never came to ask how our meal was so we had to ask another waitress. She took the plate, looked at it and left without saying anything until she came back to let us know that they will make another one. The second dish didn't have any hair but the flavour was really laking and the sauce was even more liquid than the first one, clearly a dish made without care just to get it out. The charcuterry board appetiser was okay, just a bit expensive. The drink was good. In conclusion, we didn't really get any attention from our waitress and the food is a disgrace for a pizzeria with those prices. Stick to appetizer and drinks. We didn't try any desert because of how disappointed we were about our meal. PS : 8 dollars extra charge for 5 slice of chiken on pasta ... no (also tasted watery). I cant recommend this restaurant for the food, but having a drink and looking at the nice decoration...

If you want a plate with hair in it, and when you advise the owner, he not only questions the customer in disbelief like they are lying but tells you the plate will be free but does not replace it. Really, so you have to starve or buy another plate. It was a plate of pasta, reallyâŠ.Then, you specify for another, no cheese cause the customer is lactose intolerant and they still bring the plate with cheese. Then you bring your own cake for a bday. Ask them if they can cut it and they answer for $1 per person. You say forget it, can you bring me a knife. You see the owner arguing with the waitress cause she wanted to be kind but he forces her to bring you a steak knife just to purposely give you a hard time cause you chose to cut the cake yourself. What can I say, if you donât wanna offer good customer service and not be arrogant, rude and condescending (and food with no hair is a given), then maybe you shouldnât own a restaurant. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this restaurant. Go to the Industrial in Carrefour Laval. They actually know how to serve customers and...
Read moreCame here a couple months back, we made a reservation for a group of 5, but once seated we realised the booth and table they gave us was far too tight. Our group had 2 larger guys who just couldn't sit comfortably behind the table since it was too close to their stomachs.
The restaurant looked empty so we asked to change tables but after talking to our server and possibly the manager on site, it just took far too long to accomodate us. Our friends felt embarassed that they couldn't even sit at the table and stood around waiting when there appeared to be tons of other tables. It seemed like the staff was annoyed with us, as if we were asking for too much. After standing around for way too long, we decided to walk out.
Sadly can't comment on the food but the overall service was awful. Everyone here seemed stuck up and unwilling to comply with a simple seat change. So just a note, unless you are skinny, you won't fit in a booth and the staff will...
