Update: Febuary 3rd 2019 - VERY BAD SERVICE.
I went there to order a trio big mac. Used the automated machine. I requested " to go" in the order. Got the receipt. Everything went well. But as I got served ( approx 5 min later ), the black lady ( who didn't seem to like smiling at all ), deposit my trio big mac in a tray... I told her it was " to go" as I order in their machine... she looks at her friend beside... her friend told her to give me a bag.. so she did.. she grabbed a bag... came back to me and " left the bag " near my tray... with no smile... no "sorry sir for the mistake"... she didn't even put the food in the bag as she simply left the bag there and turned away immediatly ignoring me completly. I was not a very "happy camper" . Anyways, I put the food myself in the bag then went to pick the " cap" for the drink near the soft drink fountain... to my surprise, there was "no more medium" cap size for the soft drink... only small and big.. all messed up on the counter as well... no one even bothered to refill the medium cap. So I went to the other side not too far to get some medium came. Good lord there was some left... wow...The counter was worst then a "garbage" dump... discusting.
Anyways, I was so upset about the service that I requested to speak to a manager. I asked the cashier at the counter and she gladly requested a " chef d'équipe "... told her I wanted her " manager".. not a " Chef d'équipe". She then went to get a man who was the assistant manager.
I explained to him the situation. He was good enought to listen to me. ( Phiew... ) He empathize on everything that happend and he apologized as well. He said he will make sure that " things" get "fixed". Good.
So generally, I've been to this Mcdo for many years... rarely I get bad service.. but this day, I was really not happy with how I was treated. All the workers were "black" people ( mostly female ).. I have nothing against black people... but all of them didn't "generate" any type of positive customer services towards me nor any other customers. They were like... "lazy" and bored... like they just didn't want to be there.... I don't know... go figure.
Hope you guys get a better...
Read moreI have a problem with the speed of the service and the quality of the products.I can safely say that this location has to be the worse Mc Donald’s I go to because unfortunately it’s the closest to my home. 7 out of 10x the 10x the special order is wrong and something is missing in the bag. Simply as sauces for nuggets or the straws for the drinks. My latest visit has to be the worst ever. My order was 2 Big Mac trios, 2 Mc Doubles( no pickles, extra ketchup and onions) 20pc nuggets and large fry. I waited 21 minutes and was missing both McDouble cause I made sure to check. Followed the employee who brought my order out into the restaurant and waited an additional 12 minutes fir the McDoubles. By the time I got home the 1st food was cold. Nothing worse than cold fries. And the nuggets were so overcooked and dry. I made sure to take pics and will happily forward them to you. Looks like the oil hadn’t been changed in a while. This is just the most recent unpleasant experience. I can’t even recall how many times I’ve driven to the drive thru between 1000-1100 pm to be told they couldn’t take orders cause they were rebooting and updating the system. I mean what an awkward time to do that? I would think sometime over night would be the ideal to do this. I finally decided to contact you as you should seriously consider sending someone from HQ do a surprise visit/visits.
I could go on but I would surpass the maximum of 2000...

I received a phone call back on December 6th. I was asked if I went to the hospital. I didn't go right away. I should have, so I said no, even though I was actually in the hospital at the time I received their call. I have been in the hospital since the 5th of December, I finally left the hospital on the 8th of December. They offered me coupons for free food, and I declined. All I want is they correct this problem before someone else gets sick! I personally have doubts that I will ever go back to McDonald's. I truly hope that they rectify this problem. If McDonald's head office reads this update, I will be waiting for their response on what they do 2367776. Ordered 2 double cheese burgers had no ketchup 1 piece of cheese on both of them and 1 pickle on one of them they were cold. Ordered 2 mc chichen with hallabanero sauce. 1 had sauce, and the other didn't. They were cold. Now, 1 hour later, I have stomach problems. Thanks to this, McDonald's, I have food poisoning. Avoid this this restaurant. Horrible service is not very clean. I will be making a complaint to the health inspector WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY SHOULD CLOSE THIS...
