McDonald's — Restaurant in Montreal

I thought I’ve seen it all before going through the drive through at this location, but I guess we were in for the rudest awakening even the most rundown McDonald’s can give you. First of all, there was no menu outside, only the breakfast one at 8.50 P.M., so we were taking a minute to figure out what they had. Yes, it’s McDonald’s, but the menu changes and I for one like taking my half a minute to order.

The first cashier said no English and called another guy, who also didn’t speak a lick of English, and he proceeded to tell us “come on guys” all exasperated because we couldn’t understand a word he was saying and both of these two couldn’t understand the words QUARTER POUNDER. We got so tired to be treated like dirt and drove to the window to tell them we were leaving, where the aforementioned cashier started gesticulating like she had spasms all over her arms and said NO ENGLISH, FRANCAIS!!!!

I have never been treated like this in my life. She was literally waving her arms like she was having a seizure while telling us NO ENGLISH. As if I spoke Hungarian to them. Unbelievable.

We suggested to get some manners and drove off. Absolutely...

DO NOT go to this one. Need to improve. There are a few more around this place.

They scam you, (they always forget something and NEVER give you what was forgotten), they make you to come back when a manager is working (I have work and am not willing to visit McDonald's everyday until I can see a manager) even though you get a manager your second try going to this place, they doubt you so much so rudely even though you can't get the receipt due to THEIR BROKEN ORDERING MACHINE inside this place.

Even though I told them all of food I bought at that time, the date, time and I offered to tell my card number so that they can search for the ordering history, they still MADE ME CHECK the bank account history very rudely. A&W has the website that we can tell them the forgotten food and they just gave me the set menu coupon online. But McDonald's website doesn't have it, and even if you tell the workers there, they are not helpful at all.

Not cool they doubt an innocent customer who got scammed by them. They didn't help me, give me a refund nor a food they forgot. I was just...

I am Japanese. I was racist by the staff at this McDonald's. If the manager sees this review, please fire them. A black woman and a man who were working around 22:35 on May 2, 2023. My boyfriend asked for the girl's name and the male employee said Annabelle. I don't know if that is true. I don't know the name of the man, but i have videos. I visited McDonald's around 22:30, but they didn't let me in. They told me to line up at the drive-thru, so I lined up. At that time, we ordered a large peach and mango smoothie from them, but they handed us a banana strawberry smoothie. We received it, but it was the wrong product, so we kindly asked for a replacement, but the product was not delivered even after a long time. In the end, he laughed and handed me a a little bit smoothie amount in large cup and a container with nothing but ice in it, laughingly saying, "This is free." they made a fool of me.
