Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

So me and my bf went there to grab something to eat or drink just like 10 minutes ago or so around 1:15 am at night or so august 7,2025. We were on the drive thru. First of all, we said hello atleast 3-4 times and no one responded. Then an indian girl responded and her response was not welcoming at all. It was rather very rude. My bf politely asked if we can have a hashbrown and her answer was ‘no’ just straight no. Not even a ‘sorry we dont have it at the moment’ then we asked if we could get a wrap instead and she said we have chicken wrap. We politely asked if maybe she could remove the chicken and only keep the veggies or add veggies to which she again said ‘no’. Literally no customer service at all. Then we asked if we could instead get an orange refresher drink instead. We then pulled to the window and she gave us a drink without the whipping cream. We asked her to add whipping cream. We literally live down the street and we usually stop by to get our drinks here and when we ordered this drink we always got whipping cream on it we never had to ask for it. She said you have to ask about it and all. She was pretty rude in the overall conversation with us. Before we left, my bf told her she need to atleast say hi or hello or something because it seems very very rude the way she conversed with us. And then we left. Agter coming home we realized the drink didnt even taste like the drink we ordered for. It instead just tasted like plain sour orange juice with whipping cream on top. So overall, no customer service plus the order was wrong too. Its disappointing because we always come here to het our drinks😕 Expected...

I live beside this location so tbh the employees are very lazy, careless and unprofessional. I had many bad experiences as I go everyday. Being tired of often missing ingredients which most of the time I let it go. Unprofessional because I went at 2pm and they were out of soup and i asked will you have more now or later and she said no, once we are out we don't make more. This is the first time Hortons that employees are like illiterates and imbeciles. Just 10min ago I asked for double toasted and she gave me black bagel so I went back and instead of apologizing she said you wanted like this, then I told her to take a bite and she got angry for making another one. I worked at Tim west island before but never seen careless employees like this one. The manager must be high all the time to not notice all this issues. I came here because it's happening every second day now. My recommendation would be to check everything before leaving and don't go if you want soup coz if they are out of soup they won't make it a second time🤦

P.S To the owner, please don't send me the copy past reply that you do to everyone, instead I would appreciate if you actually sit and read all the reviews and talk to your staff about these repeating mistakes that is happening. I have no time to go fill a guest form if you want changes do it by reading peoples complain. Your employees are nothing just friendly and that's the only reason I let it go till now. Hope...

Normally I would not feel the need to write a review but this was literally a case of part of my food being inedible. I just bought a breakfast sandwich from this location, a simple egg and sausage one in an English muffin, to go. As I live nearby, five minutes away, I took it to eat with a home-made coffee.

As I started to eat, I noticed that part of the egg, on the edge of the sandwich, seemed a bit hard. I thought it might just be a crisped edge, but upon trying to bite into it, I noticed I could not. It was even difficult to tear that bit, hard as plastic, off the rest of the egg with my fingers. Under no circumstances should any part of an omelet ever have the texture of a piece of plastic.

I can only assume that this location does not put proper effort and procedure into their products because the egg is quite literally the only part that would require them to make it themselves on the spot. The English muffin, doubtless bought elsewhere, was fine but a bit mushy, not even the tiniest bit toasted.

In addition, no one bothers to tell you to wait at the other counter after you have placed your order, and no one so much as calls your order in case you missed that it was ready. All-around mediocre to passable service. I have definitely gotten better service from other locations. I can't recommend...
