Arrived and kept waiting at the door even if the place was more than half empty, reserved a table that wasn't ready, was on a verge of leaving the place, the maitre d' came with what sounded like an apology, decided to stay because of my older companion and the cold outside Service was from slow to very slow (the Peruvian waiter was a nice kid though) Food was tasty and very well cooked, it saved the evening somehow Place on the expensive side, portions are according to the price, but the tamal was a let down (I guess you are adapting to the public but then lower the price folks!) Authentic flavor, decent service, presentation and decoration. I recommend their seafood soups, Lomo, Seco, and Lucuma Tiramisu. Anticucho was average, Jalea was good. Glorious Chicha drink. While-you-wait "cancha" and banana chips are served with delicious white garlic based sauce and yellow spicy (mild-ish) sauce. Make reservations, they run...
