Randolph Pub Ludique Rosemont — Restaurant in undefined

So a time at Randolphs is always fun. No matter the service, or food, or location of the place, you make your own fun with the people you bring and the games you play.

Unfortunately when I went with a group of people yesterday, we had less fun than we normally would. This is the first time we go to this location as usually we either go to Laval or Ste Catherine, but yesterday this location was most convenient for all of us.

To begin, one of my friends ordered chicken tenders, and there were two hairs in the first five bites of her salad. She sent it back and wanted a new one, but she never got the replacement. Then, when I ordered my second drink, half an hour went by before our waitress came back, she saw me and told me my drink was on the way, took everyone else's order and left. Then when she came back, she came back with everyone's drink but mine. She then disappears for about ten minutes and we ask someone to track her down for us cause someone wanted food with their drink, and she couldn't be found. When a different waitress came to our table and brought everyone's food i commented that I would like my drink canceled cause it's been too long at this point and I dont want it anymore. It took me saying that for my waitress to actually come bring me my drink. During our first two hours, our waitress was absolutely nowhere to be seen and only came back to our table when we flagged her down or sent someone on a wild goose chase after her. During our last hour, after she had to comp two items from our bill, suddenly she knew how to waitress and was able to come by a couple times to ask if everything was alright.

The food, and the service were both honestly disappointing compared to the level of service and taste we are used to when going to Randolph, I honestly would not come back to this location if I know I'll be getting multiple rounds of drinks and food.

ATTENTION PEOPLE FROM ONTARIO, if you have high expectations because you enjoyed Snakes and Lattes, please leave those expectations at the Québec border.

Rudeness - the staff may not communicate effectively in English. During my visit, my wife, who is French, translated everything for me as they only spoke to her.

Expensive - the cost is $18 per person. I don't know if it's only on the day I went (Friday) .

Service - some staff members were preoccupied with personal activities such as doing shots and playing with each other while customers were waiting to play. Additionally, customers have to wait for staff to provide the games for them, unlike at Snakes and Lattes where you can browse and choose games independently. When asked which game we wanted to play, it was challenging to decide without seeing the options beforehand.

Seating - the tables are very small and close together, so much so that you could join tables with others even if you don't intend to. The space is limited and not sufficient to accommodate both food and games. The staff even asked us to finish our food before bringing the game, which is unacceptable.

Quality - the nachos were burned, making them inedible and unsatisfactory.

This location is great even if it is a bit hard to find, it's really on the corner of the street and the door/sign is not very noticeable. Spacious and they still have a great variety of games and good and drinks. Came here with a friend and we actually played monopoly because we both realized we had never played a full game. We thought it would last longer but at 2 it's really not a very long game. The game masters are great and have great suggestions, we just ended up talking and playing monopoly though.

We were there for 6pm on a Tuesday and it really starts to get packed up around 7-8pm.

The entree fee is around $7 now but that's not bad for all the games you get to play!

The food is well priced and you get a lot. The big fries are enough to feed like 5 people, bummer you only get 2 choices of sauces. We got curry and tartar, both great! I also ordered the mac and cheese and it was really good. I wish they would add popcorn...
