it was a fantastic experience with my family when we visited Pho Long Phung Restaurant, with a total of four people in the afternoon. Right from our initial encounter, we felt a special welcome and care from the serving staff. We felt like we were being welcomed into our own family, and a joyful atmosphere filled our afternoon.

The service here was also very impressive with quick and efficient order delivery. The pho was served piping hot, and the aroma from the pho pot was delightful, making us eager to dig in. Particularly, the broth had a rich and deep flavor, stemming from the well-prepared stock, complemented by the savory fragrance of the meat - something I had been searching for in many pho restaurants in Montreal without success.

Long Phung Pho Restaurant truly earned high praise from me and my family, and we can confidently say that it's our favorite place to enjoy a bowl of delicious pho. I am familiar with many Asian soups and dishes but had never actually tried pho beforehand. We went a few weeks back for my birthday. The woman at the counter was very cheerful and polite as well as very willing to answer any questions. The service was really quick. I'm talking in a matter of 10-15 minutes. I had a shrimp and chicken spring roll as well as the #1 special pho with all the beef pieces in it. Amazing, perfectly aromatic broth and tender beef and adamant amounts of bean sprout and basil refills on the table. Really nice chili oil/sriracha and hoisin sauce available on the table. I am currently on a road trip from NY and we just happened to stop here on the way home as our last food spot… best decision ever. Our server was so helpful with explaining what the dishes were and helping with recommendations on dishes and sauces to use. Pictures attached of what we got: dumplings (not pictured), pad Thai, shrimp with rice and salad, A9 (forgive me don’t remember the name), spicy beef stew and noodle, and shrimp fried rice. 10/10 food experience.
