Pizza Ekoo — Restaurant in Montreal

Bon par ou je commence sa fesais plus que 3 ans j'appelais au ekoo pizza et dernièrement jai appeller tres souvent de mjuin a fin d'août au moin 1 x par 2 semaine minimum avant mai javais tres bon service et cetais tres rapide et ne manquais rien a mes commandes et le prix etais exactement le bon prix apres juin jai commander souvent en ligne du site du restaurant ou le prix etais calculer quand le livreur arrivais cetais toujours plus cher ensuite aujourd'hui je décide d'appeler je commande un trio lasagne ca inclus lasagne et pain a l'ail 24$ pour un trio lasagne jai attendu 1h pour ma livraison jusqua la sa va quand je reçois ma livraison il manque mon pain a lail je rappelle la dame me dis je vais avisée le livreur encore 1h plus tard je rappelle toujours pas reçu mon pain a lail écoute je mange pas lasagne sans pain a lail tant qu'à moi j'aurais pris autre chose donc moi jai attendu 1h pour manger maintenant ma lasagne elle est froide et elle me dis écoutez madame il y a beaucoup de livraisons blablabla je lui dis moi jai commandez une commande je veux recevoir ma commande tel que commandez aucun service pour moi cest bien valeurs mais je ne rappellerai plus aucun service surtout ce faire répondre ainsi non merci javais laisser passer le fait que les prix change sur le net car il calcule les taxe mais de la a me servir ma commande et quil manque des trucs et de me faire dire que on va me remettre ce qui manque et toujours rien 1h plus tard non merci 2h finalement d'attente pour manger woaw jamais vue sa ! Malheureusement jamais bien la place mais avec tout ces trucs cest...

First of all not my first time ordering there, but I've never been dissatisfied as I am today. Ordered wings combo OMG!! The first thing delivery man tells me " the girl forgot your ginger al, so I bring you diet pepsi". Ok???!!! Fine. I open the box, took one bite of the wings DISGUSTING. IT did not taste fresh at all, tasted like old oil that hasn't been changed in a while. The food was not good at all for what I paid, I was hungry so I wanted something close by so I ordered 2 burgers with fries and a drink, with 12 wings that also came with fries and a drink paid 44$ for it all only to find the bread was stale and hard, opening my mouth to eat it it cut the corners of my lips that’s how hard the bread was… Like why? The chicken wings had no taste I asked for bbq sauce which I don’t think they put any on it.
