On june 13th at night I ordered via the mobile app. Once I arrived to the confirmation page my surprise was to see the time of delivery : june 16th 11.30am !!! Nowhere on the app I was warned about that.
I then called the restaurant and the nice lady told me to not worry, it happens a lot (SO WHAT DO YOU WAIT TO CHANGE IT PIZZA HUT !!!!) and she will cancel my order and I won't be charged of my 40$ on my CC.
At 11.30am on june 14th the delivery guy was at my door .... order NOT canceled and billed on my CC.... I sent him away and calle dback the restaurant "oh yeah sorry for that my colleague forgot to cancel your order, you will receive your refund between 3 to 10 days" ...
On june 24th .... still no refund. I call the client line and they fill out a form for the upper managment to get back to me... June 26th ... still NOTHING. I call them back and the lady just explain to me that as I've filed a complaint the whole refund process started back again so I need to wait another 3/10 days .........
Will I ever have my money back ? maybe, maybe not but you just lost another...
Read moreStaff taking the order barely speak any English. Sad for customer service industry. I witnessed a very disturbing practice by some staff prepping food. Sauce fell on the employee's finger and he locked it up and continued prepping and handling customer food without washing hands. No gloves used. He also put his foot into the used pizza trays and dragged them on the floor to the kitchen to be washed. I am completely shocked by this disgusting practice in the food and restaurant industry. I contacted them and they sort of brushed the issue aside and claimed they tried to call me but they never called. They also tried to give me a 10$ credit. This seems normal for them. Imagine the nasty things they do to your food behind your back.

I wanted to make sure all was ok with my order and I also left a note saying to pass closest to 10h PM as possible as i get home around that time from work. I recieved confirmation in my emails. After 15 min wait on the phone, someone picks up and hangs up right away. 2nd time, after 20 min wait, the girl said she cant find my order in the system and doesnt know how to enter the system anyway... (Really??). So the food got to my place an hour in advance. Even if i took the trouble to leave a note to driver to go later. Someone else paid at my place, but now will be cold. Horrible customer service and waste if time. Also, what was 24$ turned out to be a little...
