Service was really great. Staff was super helpful and proposing wines, pairings and all. The spot is nice and makes for a cozy and fun experience.

Food was honestly a hit and miss. The quality of the ingredients were second to none but the overall offering and the way the menu is structured lets a lot to be desired... Since ( I think ) the menu is build around seasonnal and local ingredients (which is great), many ingredients are repeated in many dishes. So if you don't like some ingredients, you might have to skip 4 or 5 items on the menu. Might not be a problem for some but might be problematic for others.

Also, the menu descriptions are so basic that you might not get exactly what you were looking for. For example, they have a fresh pea dip with feta. It was tasty and fresh and everything, but the dish was covered in fresh mint. So every bite tasted like mint. If you don't like mint, you just wasted 16$ on a dish you won't enjoy. Same goes for another dish, the tempura zucchini flowers that are stuffed with some cheese. It's covered in caviar or something similar. The caviar is definitely there to justify the price, yet not mentioned on the menu.

Also, some dishes, who are tapas style and meant to be shared, aren't really sharable. Like those zucchini flowers. They come as 3. 3 shares well with 3 person and that's it!

The menu should be more descriptive and includes more details. Just naming 3 ingredients might look really fancy and edgy, but it is not very fonctionnal for guests with dietary restrictions or people who don't like certain ingredients or who are closely watching what they eat.

I'll go back as the wine selection is great and allows to taste wines who are not readily available elsewhere (SAQ) but I'll definitely need to triple check the menu and ask a ton of...

First of all I love a restaurant that has a ‘seasonal’ menu. It means the menu changes and you can go back over and over and they’d be new surprises and classics that don’t change. Okay let’s dive in… the best gimlet I’ve ever head!!! Made everyone try it and they loved and ordered it. Yesss the grinch drink. Now, I love oysters & these were good and meaty! Excuse me but I don’t remember the name of the cured beef, served carpaccio style with sweet radish for garnish, that was soo well balanced and delicious. There was the gravlax, I’ll try any gravlax on any menu especially here. Then I told everyone the scallops are melt on your mouth good but they came out differently presented, was worried but they were once again a home run. The potatoes served with the scallops were crisp this time compared to almost same texture as scallops last time & I just love the dehydrated beets for garnish. Food is about flavours, textures & the chef gets it!!! The fried mushrooms were a great accompaniment for the oysters- think fries sub. The best veal served always with a silky purée(carrot/parsnip this time around). It was excellent but could never be like the first time I had it tho. The beef was perfectly cooked. Everything was delicious and amazing. I was a lil disappointed with the dessert, first time having their donuts with apple sauce, could have honestly skipped that. The Paris Brest was good but I preferred the vanilla version( I was blown away last time) and it felt smaller. The beauty of an evolving menu… you win some & you lose some. All in all, great experience, great food, great ambiance… oooh forgot to mention, they...

We discovered an exceptional restaurant this summer, and it left us thoroughly impressed! The service was impeccable, with our server being particularly outstanding. They made us feel truly special throughout our dining experience. The cuisine was exquisite, and we adored the ambiance. We initially dined on the terrace, but when it began to rain, the staff graciously accommodated us inside. Here's a brief overview of our experience:

• Exceptional service: Attentive and personalized • Outstanding food quality • Lovely ambiance: Both outdoor and indoor seating options • Adaptable staff: Quick to respond to changing weather conditions

Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that we would...
