Was served by two employees today. One young man whom I didn't catch the name of, quick, efficient, professional - even though he didn't finish my sandwich and only helped Shannon, he took the time to wish me a good day when I left the shop - I love the professionalism. Cue Shannon. She is the clerk that finishes my sandwich so I asked if I could get onions and crispy onions and she says curtly that she cannot - so I asked her, can she add crispy onions if she adds a surcharge or an extra because I wouldn't have minded paying. Again, curt, "no there is no button for it they are for salad bowls". So my only reaction is to say strange without adding anything on top of that as I have been to other branches and it hasn't been an issue, but hey, it very possible that she is right and I've just been given a bonus at these other branches. But she does not stop there- oh no. She gets crisp and says "you know mam, I'm just an employee here " and clearly was about to go on a tirade so I shut it down by saying she shouldn't take this personal at any level. Upon payment she throws my sandwich at me with a lot of attitude.

Read moreStill amazed by how bad the service was. My father went to buy me a sandwich with a list of ingredients that I sent him by text message. He then showed this list to an employee. The employee seemed to not want to go along with it, unbothered, and shrugged his shoulders. At the same moment, another woman came in with 2 kids. That same employee was way more enthusiast with them. There was clearly a difference in the service between my father and the family. Then the employee came back, asked again to see the list of ingredients, and yet still managed to forget to put tomatoes. Anyway, although my dad didn’t understand everything the employee said, his body language was enough for my dad to understand that he felt neglected in some ways. /// Toujours fascinée par comment le service était atroce.
