very good price although the service is very bad. either hire more people or... hire more people. i ordered on the phone, it was all good until i arrived. took them about 15-20 minutes. a woman cut the line (didn’t know it was a thing there. at first she asked if they take credit card. so i thought, oh it’s fine. then she ORDERED. (let me kindly remind you a couple of people waited a few minutes.))

it baffled me because she was so rude. after 15 minutes, another guy came and cut the line?? i always go there since high school and i love that place. but as time goes by, the service is poor.

they also need ventilation asap because it’s really hot and there’s no fresh air.

after 20 minutes, i get a warm-cold pizza with fresh pizza perfume. awesome :))

i only wanted in and out... not a new fragrance

GLASS IN PIZZA!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Completely unacceptable and VERY dangerous food safety standards. I went to take a bite of pizza and felt a hard crunch... to my dismay it was glass! On further inspection of the pizza, I pulled the dough apart to find more shards of glass, a couple were the size of my fingernail and very sharp! To add insult, to very possible injury, my partner spoke to the woman who made the pizza and she REFUSED to believe that the glass ended up in 'her' pizza. We gave our 19 month daughter some of this pizza- what if she had gotten the glass in her slice and cut herself and ingested it?!! The least they could have done is own up to their horrifying mistake, but they didn't and were extremely rude! We will never go back and will tell all who we know to AVOID...

Cest une pizzeria que j’aimais bien. Le seul bémol c’est que j’ai commandé une petite frite et je voulais trois sachets de ketchup enplus . (La caissière qui est cuisinière qui me voit souvent qui fait souvent mes frites )me chargeait 50cent deux Ketchup ce que je trouve aberrant. J’ai commandé ma petite frite plus de 3$ Enplus donc me charger le sachet de ketchup pour 50cent qui fait 25 cent le peu de litre qu’il y a dedans ça m’a vraiment énervée et aucune compassion de la caissière qui me dit on paye le ketchup ici donc, que une petite frite c’est deux Ketchup, mais il y’a beaucoup de frites deux ketchup c’est pas assez. Au final je n’ai pas pris du ketchup en extra,mais deux minis sachet pour une petite frite, aucune flexibilité pour du ketchup et enplus je suis habituée à aller dans ce restau, car je travaille dans le coin. bref je retournerai plus jamais je suis vraiment déçu j’ai mangé ma frite avec colère hmmmmm En tout cas et oui je ne suis pas contente pour du ketchup! Me faire charger 50 cent en extra pour deux mini Ketchup pis tu payes plus cher ton repas là je sais pas…. Je suis vraiment déçu car je vois que 50 cent est plus important que le service à la Clientèle. P.S apart ca les autres membres du personnel sont bien je n’ai jamais eu de...
