#1 REPEATEDLY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIMES...
I've been ordering at this pizza pizza since 3 years now, I used to have a good customer service the first year and a half, but since last year, I don't know who is running this place but every time I order there's always a problem. First, I've gone through late deliveries with no "free" pizza because it was either the weather or the traffic (the store is like 7 minutes walk). Then their scanner for the pizza pizza app never works so you have to order online and the when you do it online it's always a confusion, either they forgot an ingredient but still charge you for it or their delivery guy doesn't know if you paid online or not so he asks for the money! I never know who am I gonna have if it's like a newbie who doesn't know if the pizza is paid or not or if it's an experienced delivery guy but with missing items or missing ingredients in the pizza. It's like a lottery you just cross your fingers this time everything will be right, not perfect but at least right, pizza on time, no missing items or ingredients and payment acknowledged. When you get these 3, you can be happy, but in my 3 years experience ordering there, it happens once every 10 orders and I'm not exagerating here.
So basically, it's the #1 worst customer service on my list of stores and restaurants I go. The only reason I keep ordering there, it's because other pizza restaurants such as Domino's are not serving my area yet and I don't like the pizzas from other places. Pizza pizza has a nice quality and taste, but this store is just a waste and a mess, always full of people fooling around not even purchasing anything just chatting and taking the seats and place other real customers could have. I wish restaurants like these would just go bankrupt and close so a better restaurant with the real sense of good customer service and quality food could come and serve customers. I’ve gone to the store twice and they never know how to scan my pizza pizza loyalty card or my app digital wallet card. They say whatever they want they will tell you to go online to get the points! When asking how and where they say call customer service! I’ve made several complaints about this to customer service they will just respond as usual “sorry” “our apologies” but the employees never get proper training.
A few months ago one of the delivery guys there litteraly attacked my wife because he thought she was filming him and she was filming a drug addict bothering people near the store. We called the police on this guy but since there was no proof he attacked and yelled at her police did nothing. I reported this guy to pizza pizza customer service by email, never gor a return on this, bottom line they don’t care.
Just a few minutes ago, I ordered online because I had no choice, no pizza place available for delivery and we wanted pizza. I paid through the pizza pizza app using Visa Checkout. Their delivery guy came and asked me to pay him I told him the order was paid I was just looking to tip him but he insisted it wasn’t paid and even asked me to show him my payment confirmantion I showed him the email and the app and still he didn’t believed me so I asked him to call his dispatch store to confirm and then he said ok ok ok and he turned away so I kept his tip, he was confused and rude. I left a feedback through the app but I’m pretty sure there will be just a “sorry” “we apologize for the inconvenience”. So this time I’m leaving 1 star, this is the only way to say out loud DON’T ORDER TO THIS STORE! It takes a special kind of idiot scammer to think you'll get more clients and better reviews by lying to your customer;s face rather than honor your advertised warranty. But here you have it, the kind of special idiot that would rather lose a long time client AND break the law then honor what they advertise. They really went above and beyond to make sure they messed up as much as possible, lied in the process, made sure to piss me off and ensured I would never call again. Well done idiots, well done.
They refuse to honor the 40 minutes, then claim they rang. I have it on camera. SCAMMERS. They never showed up. Thern when I called they put me on hold forever.

False advertise much?
You order things from their website, and they don't have them. They call you to mention that they can't deliver some of your order but forget to mention other stuff, and you get surprised by the delivery guy asking "is it okay?".
Pretty sure this is the legal definition of false advertising. Don't bother. Call somewhere where they actually serve what's on the menu. At least the pizza tasted good, although it barely had any toppings.
They DON'T adjust the price when they make changes to your order. No salami? Doesn't matter, we'll still charge you 4$ for it. Then the poor delivery guy is stuck waiting 20 minutes in the lobby while the restaurant adjusts their screw up.
EXTREMELY expensive. I mean, 20$ for a medium pizza? I get 2 large with more ingredients from competitors for less than that.
Oh, and delivery guy didn't even have any change. Pay interac/credit, don't rely on them actually offering a decent service at delivery.|
