The staff doesn’t know about the ongoing promotions and will lie to you telling you that you know nothing and tell you that you need to have a certain card to be able to claim the coupon that is scannable through the phone as per instructed by their app. The on duty manager didn’t know how to operate the register either. They had to call someone else and when that person showed them how to do the transaction properly they still were saying that we were wrong and the promotion was not a thing (promotion straight from the app pizza pizza) and denied that they were wrong. Pizza pizza should train their staff and keep them up to date to their recurring...

2022-02-25 J'ai passé une commande via le site web de Pizza Pizza, il y a 3 jours. Impossible à ce moment là de payer par carte de crédit sur le site, donc pas le choix de payer sur place. J'arrive 5 minutes après le message web m'indiquant que ma commande est prête. Sur place, le staff réalise qu'un dessert a été oublié. Il faut fonc attendre un 10 minutes supplémentaires, ce qui rend tout le principe de commander d'avance, complètement inutile. Je parle français, et la personne qui me sert, s'entête à me répondre en anglais. Je lui fais répéter en français, puis à chaque fois qu'il revient à moi, il recommence en anglais. Je suis dans un secteur plutôt francophone, je ne comprends pas ça. Ça commence à devenir un sérieux problème. Il est de plus en plus difficile de se faire servir dans LA langue officielle de la province. Je pars et le mec me lance avec un grand sourire "thank you", c'était à peine de la provocation. Sérieux, même "merci" c'est trop difficile? Wow. Je parle aussi anglais, et ce n'est pas un problème, mais chez moi, lorsque je suis le client, je m'attends à ce que la personne qui veut mon argent fasse un effort pour me servir convenablement. Ce franchisé laisse un peu à désirer côté service. Ce n'est pas la 1e fois que je suis insatisfait du service sur place. Je n'y étais pas retourné depuis 2019. Je me rappelle pourquoi maintenant. Je n'ai pas mis 1 étoile, parce que j'ai déjà vu pire comme service ailleurs. Mais j'ai quitté le restaurant sans sourire, et ça, de ma part, ça en dit long.

On delivery , the fries were too cold on arrival , had to warm them up .I requested thick crust but they had ran out , so they gave me thin crust ...ugh ! Kind of skimpy on the toppings ....if you plan on delivery make sure to order way in advance to avoid disappointment . The delivery staff are the best ...always way ahead of time ....very pleasant and friendly .Will I dine here again ....yes....but not for a while .....the Pizza is A - 1 very good...
