Restaurant Escape — Restaurant in Montreal

The worst experience i ever had in a restaurant, the waitres very rude and in a dirty uniform, never smiled and she never even asked for the drinks even they were included in what we ordered, after 40 minutes we had to leave because she was very slow, she gave us a salad with vegetables already off unlike to other tables, she got upset when we ask about why she gave us such a bad service and with such an attitude, and charged us 10 dollars for 3 soups ( a small bowl of soup with consome, rice and a bone of chicken) we asked also to talk to the person in charge and she said she was busy ... NEVER again in my life and i recomend neither...

4 stars because of the food: Best Pollo a la brasa in town without a doubt; fries, salad and home made mayo are great.

Physical environment : If you eat there, the service is fast and good, but the environment is not nice. It's the kind of place place where you order food to go or delivery. The washroom is in the basement, and the stairs to get there are dangerous. It's not wheelchair accessible.

Delivery and take out: really long delivery and pick up. They don't respect the times that they set up for pickup. If you order from there, do it a good 1:30 to 2...

All these people talking about the wait time.. Peruvian food is NOT fast-food. Yes it will take 1hr, more or less, to get your food, is it worth it? Absolutely. Ive been coming to this place since they opened, must be 10+yrs ago, They've always been consistent in every aspect. Ive always treated people the same way i like to be treated, and so, I never had any issue with their customer service (dine -in or take out). In the whole 10+yrs that ive been going, never. There's something for some people to think...
