Had the worst experience here just the other day. Panzerotti came out all soggy and got stuck to bottom of the cardboard box. Everything ripped opened when I picked up the panzerotti. Usually they put a a paper underneath so the pizza doesn't get soggy on the bottom, well not here. So I asked the guy to get a replacement and let's just say the experience was bizarre. At first he wasn't sure to replace my order but then he did. Finally, when I got my second order which I had to wait even more time. The order was a panzerotti with cheese. Order with chili peppers and italian seasoning. When I got my order I noticed that the panzerotti was completely filled with chili peppers. Very little cheese. I burned my mouth. Lost my appetite completely. The offered me to make me another one but at that point I had enough. I didn't get my receipt because the cashier through it away before I could get it. They workers were laughing in my face even though I had every right to be upset. I never seen anything like it. It was like they never made a pizza in their life. I asked the worker for a refund and he refused, saying that I had no right to a refund. I asked for my receipt and the worker put the garbage bin on the order counter to look for my receipt. He never found it. Never washed his hands and was pleading with me, grabbing my arm to stay so he could try again for the third time. At that point I had lost my appetite and was way too upset. To think one simple order could go so wrong. Will never go back to place simply from principle alone. Tried calling customer service and all they could offer me was a replacement for my same order which was one cheese panzerotti. At first they only wanted to offer my 50% off my next order. But I said no that is not enough out of principle. Horrible customer service experience. Horrible service. Horrible sanitation. I enjoy Pizza Pizza but this isn't the only location that has questionable service. If you have a bad experience here or anywhere else, anywhere, just write a review. Poor customer service should not be tolerated. Or at least compensate people properly for their time wasted and potential loss of a customer or customer plurial. And when the delivery guy finally got to me he was almost begging that i pay cus he said he already had a hundred to pay back. That just turned my stomach. But yes i took the pizza and tipped him. If the company offers a guarantee they should be the ones to absorb the cost. Otherwise don't announce it and throw it on everybody else's shoulders cus they''re guarantee backfires. The chicken pieces were like rubber, no onions and no peppers as been told but yet not followed the instructions. DISAPPOINTING Right after eating, I kept on vomiting for 10 minutes.
