They sold me food that was spoiled. I got home and opened my container and something was very off. They prepared my food in less than 5 minutes which was surprising compared to other locations. They must have used something old (probably the chicken or rice) and sold that to me. I called them to let them know and I was told I could come back. The hassle of having to drive back there was a pain, but the food was unedible. Once there the counter guy smelled it and told me that is how it's supposed to smell. I have eaten at other locations many times and was never served anything spoiled. I told them it was rotten and they didn't hesitate to refund me. I am very turned off by thai express now, and I understand it's the franchise owner, but I do not recommend that anyone visit this location ever! I am appalled that they served this to...

This is my third order from this restaurant. Previous 2 orders were great. I ordered 2 General Thai Chicken combos. 1 with no peppers and 1 a little bit spicy. Both orders had absolutely no general Tao sauce. The rice and chicken and veggies were well cooked and nice portions but dry. The rice was white. I understand we are in a pandemic and it might be overwhelming to get orders out on time but making sure the order is correct is important. I’d rather wait an extra 5 minutes and then get the order I paid for. The meal is not cheap and I paid in advance with a tip. I used to liked this place but today is a bad day I asked for yellow chicken curry and if it's possible to not make it spicy which he just responded with all curry are spicy but dude I used to eat there and I always get curry that are not too spicy because they used to be considerate. But anyways I took the mild one and it comes too spicy for me to eat. So unprofessional, being with his phone and giving bad service. Doesn't listen to what customers need. Sorry to say this but so far this is the worst experience I had. Not going back...
