We came here with very high expectations for a great night out but were sorely disappointed. Ordered a $65 aged steak (medium rare) but when I sliced through it, it was more medium-well, very dry and not tender by any length. I gave half the steak to my friend and he too couldn’t eat it so we mentioned it to the waiter (D) who brushed it off in a derogatory tone saying “this is a 70 day air dried aged steak, it’s supposed to be dry and tougher... continue eating to the middle and you’ll see for yourself.” We ate two more slices and returned the steak as it was truly bad. Never mind the imperfect meat but we both wished that the service could have had been more professional and courteous. Sadly, striking this resto off as a choice for important evenings. The desserts were glorious however and so was the poutine!

The restaurant hasn't changed, the crowd, mostly Asians when I attended. The vibe is loud talking chinese under the influence. As for the food, the bread is worthless, the Cesar Salad has no taste but the main (veal chop) was delicious. The dessert, what I thought was a black forest cake turned out to be a horror story, I wish I had known what a pavlova was. Anyways the lovely waitress switched it at no charge. This is one of the reasons that this 3 star is getting a 4 star now. The Chinese are now singing happy birthday for the 7th time. The old man is obviously loaded. He's sitting with 5 girls that don't add up to his age. Until next time 😉

Stopped by to grab a bit and as much I wish I could have given this place a 5 star review.. many things were disappointing... The bartender Emmanuel was relatively friendly and answered my questions but off the bat the food wasn’t up to par when considering the price... the starter bread was very hard to cut through and the butter was even worse... The food itself was beyond sub-par.. wanted medium well steak but it had blood, the steak was unseasoned, very bland and had no taste.. the fries that came with taste like frozen fries from Dunn’s and was just super disappointing.. The only reason behind the 2 stars is because Emmanuel was decent...

Missed this buffet during the pandemic. It was very busy, tried to go last week but had to wait a few hours to get in for walk-in. So we reserved for this week and was only able to fit a table for 8:30. When we got there it was still as busy. The food was great, loved the duck and seafood chowder. I wish they still had choux créme in their desserts , that was my favorite but the selection of desserts were still plentiful and varied. Service was great, always made sure to clear our plates and fill up water glasses. It's $55 before tax and tip (Mine came to about $70)

Absolutely phenomenal. First time I went I wasn't impressed but I returned and gave it another shot. I was amazed. Everything was incredibly good. We had the Pan seared Foie gras with mushrooms, a nice top sirloin with fries and some Shrimp cannellonis with a bisque as sauce. Service was impeccable with our server Thierry and the the Maitre D, Claude, was a real gentleman. The whole experience was impeccable. Clean, Super cool See through glass with the Kitchen and Prompt serving of quality dishes.
