La version française vient après - I've been to this Subway a few times, but I can't say I was happy with my customer experience. Indeed, I do not go there anymore although I love to eat at Subway. So the whole thing is I noticed that they did not put the amount of meat as the Subway standards required (this Subway is a franchisee). Normally, if you take a 12 inch, the employee has to put two full spoons of meat in the sandwich, but they puts only one spoon and a half. Even the first spoon is not well filled and we end up with very little meat in the sandwich. I reported the issue to the owner who is always at the cash desk during the days of the week and she was really on the defensive and seemed angry at my remark. She told me that the amount of meat was correct. Then I went back the next day and I still had little meat in my sandwich and she did not even look at me or smile during the transaction. This situation is insulting and uncomfortable, because it is the owner who makes the choice to steal the customers of the meat that we deserve and it's about just to make more profit on the customers' backs . In addition, it is a matter of principle to have what you pay for, so I complained to Subway's head office. Finally, do not hesitate to report it when the employee does not put two spoons full of meat, because the sandwich tastes much better!
J'ai été quelquefois à ce Subway, mais je ne peux pas dire que j'ai été satisfait de mon expérience client. En effet, je ne vais plus là-bas bien que j'adore manger chez Subway. La problématique est que j'ai remarqué qu'il ne mettait pas la quantité de viande tel que les normes Subway l'obligent (ce Subway est un franchisé). Normalement, si tu prends un 12 pouces, l'employé doit mettre deux cuillères de viande pleines dans le sous-marin, mais il ne mette qu'une cuillère et demie. Même la première cuillère n'est pas bien remplie et on se retrouve vraiment avec peu de viande dans le sous-marin. J'ai signalé la problématique à la propriétaire qui est toujours à la caisse pendant les jours de la semaine et elle était vraiment sur la défensive et semblait fâchée de ma remarque. Elle m'a dit que la quantité de viande était correcte. Ensuite, j'y suis retourné le lendemain et j'avais toujours peu de viande dans mon sous-marin et elle ne m'a même pas regardé ni souri lors de la transaction. Cette situation est insultante et inconfortable, car c'est la propriétaire qui fait le choix de voler les clients de la viande qu'on mérite. De plus, c'est une question de principe d’avoir ce qu'on paie pour. J'ai d'ailleurs porté plainte au siège social de Subway.
