The few times I have gone have been poor customer service. But this last time was the worst, I walk in and made to wait while one younge man was on his phone,then puts away in front pant pocket ,then proceeds to put gloves on with out washing his hands first. His demeanor was less then welcoming. I ask kindly for my choice of sandwich,where he seemed confused about had to repeat a few times, thinking maybe he is new,I remained patient, goes to the back the bread I chose was not available, instead of asking he chose a bread, I stated I asked for a specific one,with attitude he put the bread back pointed out that there was only 3 choices,I asked for a different bread from thoughs choices. From here as though I was I bother he took the bread placed on prep area proceeds to lean on the counter with his whole forearm in a very lazy manner to cut the bread, then asked again what I wanted...this being the 5th time. He places 2 piece of meat only when it supose to be 3 for 6 inch. And the bacon he wasn't going to heat up. Wich I mentioned to please do so. With the service and attitude given I told him to never mind, I'm not comfortable with the type of service and lack of cleanliness protocals and walked out. Read moreReally bad service and customer care. 1st night I arrive at 11:20pm as on Google the restaurant is open till 12am, the French young lady was rude and didn't care about my explanation, she then tell me to check the door for the opening hours, indeed it was only till 11pm. Yesterday, my wife insisted that we go back despite my reservations, we arrive at 10:42pm, to my surprise the lady already took everything away and was already cleaning the fridges, she just say yeah I told you we close at 11pm, I said it is not 11pm yet, she said i need to be out by 11pm and I have a lot of stuff to finish. I felt I was disturbing, I love subway, but with these 2 experiences, I think I am done, I rather eat somewhere my money and time are of value.
