Subway — Restaurant in Montreal

Tried to order 2 sandwiches but we gave up in the process. Even though there was no spinach nor swiss cheese available, we decided to get over it and continue to specify what we wanted inside them. Then a guy that seemed to be the owner show up suddenly behing the staffer (who was nice by the way) and said we will be charged extra for asking olives and pickles. We refused and he started shouting and insulting us saying we were 'pigs". On Thursday the 12th , I had a terrible experience at this Subway around 10:30 PM. When I arrived, the worker (a hijabi woman) was in the employee-only area and took a while to come to the counter. When she finally showed up, the first thing she did was put her shoes on right in front of me behind the food prep counter. That’s beyond unprofessional and completely unhygienic. This Subway is maybe one of the worst branches in Montreal. I occasionally used six different branches. During my 5months stay, close to this place, the problems I saw: 1- The guy (I think the owner) is very rude and doesn't know basic English, and raised his voice to my friend unnecessarily. 2- A couple of my neighbors complained that they are not clean and this is too risky especially during the COVID19.
