Thai Express Restaurant Anjou — Restaurant in Montreal

Crazy!!! I've always loved this place but after tonight NEVER again. I've tried multiple times to order over the phone to pick up but they say no. I sent my mom to go get food for me tonight (I was on the phone with her when she was giving my order) the woman that workes the register (normaly a really nice woman) didn't understand what she was saying I guess (mask problems). Fastfoward my mom comes home with the WRONG order. Now I decide to go back so they can remake or refund the food. When I explained the situation the worker didn't seem moved at all simply said she couldn't and wouldn't remake or refund the order. I've worked in several fast food restaurants in the past so I know that the client is always right. The fact that she wouldn't even correct the order blows me away. I've been a faithful customer to these people for over 6 years now, got them new customers and all NEVER...

The two people working there are rude. I asked for my order in a way that wasn’t the exact name as they know it and the lady got upset and repeated the name in the way they always say it. The gentleman was eating his dinner so I guess he was not very happy that he had to stop and start on my order. Furthermore, when I arrive home, my container was only 3/4 full. $16 for this?
