Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

Horrible. Honestly the worst place ever... Multiple times they mess up my order. But yesterday experience was define the worst... Yesterday we pull up to the drive thru ... 1 pm Breakfast menu still not changed. Therefore we didn't know what the lunch menu was... The girl was blaring out types if sandwiches... We just took a club a la tim. And a steak sandwich... with a large coffee...

When we got our order I immediately opened both sandwiches. My club a la tim had no TURKEY... and the other sandwich had hardly any steak. I grabbed my club and went inside...

I asked to speak to manager. Girl at cash replies what's wrong. I reasked if I could speak to manager politely . She said she was the supervisor... I ask her club a la tim isn't supposed to have turkey. ???? She said she will redo it. I told her that multiple times the mess up my order.. this time it's THE MAIN INGREDIENT TO MY SANDWICH. I explained to her how their negligence to do the orders right the first time is very inconvenient. What if we were on the highway or not around the area?

The answer she replied was mind blowing. .. She told me " I can make my own sandwiches at home".... Excuse me??????? Supervisor telling me I can make my own sandwich? Very unprofessional. .. If everyone would make their own coffee and stuff they wouldn't have a job...

They say breakfast is until noon... guaranteed you show up around 1130-1140 they will tell you they don't have breakfast.

This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that they dont have hashbrown at 7:30 in the morning. Today, same story. However, today they told me it would be ready in 5min and they will bring it outside, so i accepted to wait. After waiting 13min and losing my patience, i went inside to ask what was going on. They finally gave my order without any apologies. A few times, they messed up my order in the past. I didnt make a big deal out of it. Most of the time, you hear the employees arguing. Worst tim hortons in Canada.By far.they never get the order right. The drive thru is hit or miss.mostly miss if it's open.the employees don't give a hoot and treat you like there doing you a favor.
