Such a bad customer service this location has! This is my regular place to get coffee. A few times they ruined it and mixed my order with someone else. I ignored SO MANY times and when I complained and asked them, the guy on drive through tells me WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO GIVE A FREE COFFEE AND MY BOSS TOLD ME TO ASK THE CUSTOMER TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

HE ALSO ASKED ME FOR THE RECEIPT, I told him you never give one and he said we always do! On my last purchase today, I POINTED OUT THAT HE FORGOT TO GIVE ME THE RECEIPT, THEN HE TELLS ME OH IM SO DISTRACTED BECAUSE YOU TOOK TOO LONG, ETC.
1: EXCUSE YOU! I DONT EVEN NEED A FREE COFFEE, I CAN AFFORD IT! ITS A MISTAKE FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES AND YOU NEED TO FIX THAT INSTEAD OF TELLING CUSTOMERS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
2: ITS NOT ABOUT HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU SERVE, YOU NEED TO SERVE THEM RIGHT AND RESPECTFULLY AND LISTEN TO THEIR ORDERS WITHOUT BEING DISTRACTED!

Read morecame in around 6pm on sunday, the guy at the cash got mad at me for no reason. i asked for an iced coffee with no sugar — he gave me a sweet one. i politely apologized and asked if he could remake it. he said okay, but the second one was filled with ice all the way to the lid. couldn’t even get the straw in
i always get my coffee from here and it’s never like this. the first one wasn’t packed with ice so it felt like he did it on purpose.i’m a bartender too i know when u get mad at a customer and wanna give them less coffe, but this wasn’t fair — i was being kind the whole time
i showed him i couldn’t even get the straw in, asked if he could reduce the ice a bit. he just took the cup, showed the straw in, and gave it back. didn’t remove anything. when i finished it, %70 the cup was still just ice
whatever you’re going through man, i hope you find a better way to deal with it. it’s not your customers’ job to carry your weight. i get it, life’s tough sometimes. but it’s not fair to make someone else pay for it. especially someone who came in with respect

Read more07.24.2020 6:11pm - Drive through employees not respecting COVID-19. Watched an employee with gloves on, take cash from car in front of me (20$ bill). After taking cash, employee handling the plastic glasses with possible contaminated gloves. After transaction, employee did not take gloves off and change into new ones. When I asked her why she did not change gloves after handling cash, she turned around with attitude, took off her gloves, threw them in the trash and came back with an attitude - did not put on new gloves. Handled my product with bare hands! This is Managements fault. It's quite obvious that the right people are not being hired or trained on COVID-19 and the responsibility of food handlers understanding the consequences of their actions. I will never purchase anything from this establishment again. Serious issues at this establishment not respecting the COVID-19 pandemic and contaminating customers...
