It's a small restaurant in culinary school, very difficult to reserve a table. Meals are prepared by students with very affordable price. We had pasta and steak last night, both were unexpecting well cooked, I would say it's over average level of Montreal's restaurants. Services were a little slow but acceptable. We will definitely come back!

I love coming here for desserts. They’re much cheaper than the grocery and you can find cool leftovers from the baking courses like haskap ganache and brown butter chantilly. I bought a chocolate Yule log cake for my workplace Christmas party and it’s delicious.

This is one of the best places to eat in Montreal! I am a student here and have worked here in the past. It has a beautiful atmosphere and the kindest teachers, students and staff! Just a magical place to experience!

27 March, 2024.

Came here with a former classmate of mine. And I was a former student. We came here at 11:30 at Lunch time.

Pros:

  1. The menus here vary in terms of which classes are being taught. It could be C.M. Or Professional Cooking that is doing the preparation and presentation of the dish.

  2. The food that day was good and cooked to perfection no complaints or no return meals.

  3. It’s a nice atmosphere here and the students I know are doing a good job and being a former student here was amazing to see some of my colleagues again.

Cons:

  1. Not opened everyday.

  2. Service depends on the students and class availability and management.

  3. Super difficult to get a reservation as times and staff and classes may vary. Online does not help so does calling the phone. I do hope that reservation will be easier to make and that they fix the online booking as well for future services.

  4. It’s pricey and little expensive but it’s the experience and helping out students that counts.

Conclusion: I will be back here again to see my “family” and the good food and atmosphere being served by future chefs and students helping others is what really matters to me regardless of pricing or Food.

This place is good to eat here and it’s decent.

This school needs to be better and deserves to be...

This is a cooking school for future chefs. The food is delicious and very affordable, as is the wine. It is very difficult to get reservations and there are limited choices on the menu, which changes every few weeks. We went last week and this was the menu: 5 courses, 29$ Taxes & Services Not Included Amuse-bouche: Grilled Zucchini & Peppers with Eggplant Tapenade on Crisp Pumpernickel Soup: Cream of Cauliflower with Watercress Oil & Cheddar Straw Entrées: Handkerchief Pasta with Shrimp Ragout and Cremini Mushrooms Main courses: Seared Fillet of Sea Bream with an Orange-Butter Sauce Served with Shaved Fennel, Pea Shoots, Wild Rice & Barley Pilaf or Pan-Roasted Pork Tenderloin Wrapped in Pancetta and Served with Wilted Swiss Chard, Pine Nuts, Golden Raisins and Parmesan Polenta Dessert: Butterscotch Budino with a Crunchy Pecan Sablé and Whipped Crème Fraîche French Bread Rolls & Daily-Inspired Compound Butter Coffee and tea are complimentary Everything was delicious and...

This review pertains only to the boutique.

As a 15+ year patron of the boutique, I've noticed a disproportionate increase in pricing and decrease in selection since its major renovation.

Do the Pearson students get a discount? If you wish to maintain customer loyalty and higher pricing, why not pre-sell online? I would rather go to pick up a confirmed order rather than taking my chances on...
