Rabu Sushi — Restaurant in Montreal

I have ordered numerous times from there and the food was always good and fresh and service was decent. This is the first time ordering during the pandemic and it will be my last. Although there is a hand written sign on the door about mask being mandatory, both staff members were in violation. The man had it under his chin and the young lady had hers on The counter where they rest orders before being placed in bags. Right before making the sushi the young woman picked up previously worn gloves that were rolled and blew into it to expand it. horrible service. rude owner. doesn't make modifications for allergies. I have been ordering from this place for years the sushi is good, but I recently asked for no tuna as I am allergic, he still put tuna with is a safety hazard, and he replaced a bunch of pieces with egg because I made a modification. when I called to let them know there was clearly a miscommunication and still had tuna he proceeded to tell me if I don't like it don't come back and hung up on me. worst customer service I have ever seen. the sushi is good but not that god to justify his horrible attitude...

Quality has really decreased. We used to order from this place weekly until a couple months ago the sushi gave us food poisoning. We decided to give it another shot tonight and it’ll be our last order: they messed up our order giving us the wrong items and the amount of fish in each roll has significantly decreased. Its more tempura than anything else now. Really unfortunate, this place was great...
