I recently visited the Tim Hortons at D’Anjou in Châteauguay, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish!
Customer Service (5/5): The staff here are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile and professional attitude. They were attentive to every detail and ensured my order was accurate and served promptly.
Cleanliness (5/5): The restaurant was spotless! From the dining area to the counters, everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in keeping the space inviting and comfortable for guests.

Read moreThis was the worst service I’ve ever gotten at any restaurant. I’m in absolute shock. As soon as I stepped into this Tim Hortons with my mother and my brother, the manager came storming at us screaming that we needed to wait outside because we weren’t on a red distance line. We pointed at the line that we were standing on and showed her that we actually were standing on a red line keeping our distance. After that she just walked away still yelling and complaining. This line did not move forward and the restaurant kept getting just kept getting fuller and fuller. The manager was getting louder and louder and started screaming at customers who were just waiting for their food. She was telling them that they were all going to get tickets because it’s a 5 person maximum in the restaurant... there were no signs indicating that and she hadn’t said that to any of us before hand. They just kept taking orders. We ended up having to leave and didn’t even get our meal. We are very angry about this incident and definitely will not...
Read moreI passed by the drive thru on Wednesday this week about 4:00pm and ordered 2 coffees with cream and sugar on the side. My gf was driving and when else received the order we realized they placed the creams and sugars inside. I also noticed my medium coffee was only 1/3 full…so naturally I was a bit irritated and asked the cashier to make sure to fill the cup this time. He immediately told me “You don’t have to talk to me like that” then not to make any trouble as my gf was in the middle I said if he can please fill up the cup in the new coffee they were gonna give me and the kid continue being aggressive thy I did not hVe to talk to him like that. After 4 times he went and got the coffee.
