I recently visited Tim Hortons and had a truly awful experience. Everything from the food to the service was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
To start, the service was incredibly slow and disorganized. It took over 15 minutes for me to receive my order, even though there were only a few people in line ahead of me. The staff seemed uninterested in providing good customer service and were chatting with each other instead of attending to customers.
When I finally received my order, the food was cold and tasted stale. The coffee was bitter and had clearly been sitting for a long time. The sandwich was dry and unappetizing, and the donut was hard and stale. It was clear that the food had been sitting out for a while and was not made fresh.
The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also a concern. The tables and floors were dirty and there was garbage on the floor. The bathrooms were also in a state of disrepair, with broken fixtures and a bad odor.
Overall, my experience at Tim Hortons was extremely disappointing. The slow service, stale food, and dirty environment made for an unpleasant dining experience. Extremely disappointed, I was actually wondering if I should update the review but the lack of consistency drove me to write this today.
YET AGAIN latte machine not working, it’s been an ongoing problem with this location and I this point, in my humble opinion, if the latte machine works for 1 week and then doesn’t work for 3, CHANGE THE MACHINE.
Tim hortons as a brand plays a role in the mornings for avid coffee/latte/breakfast drinkers and eaters.
Get your act together!!!
Even the service was poor when I explained I would take the milk separate and heat it myself at the office. Still paying the FULL PRICE, I was given difficulty in accommodating this simple request.

Very happy to say machine is fixed and I can now get my latte!
I am so very disappointed, I’m an avid Latte drinker, and there is nothing as good as having your warm latte every morning.
But it has now been a few weeks that I cannot because every time I go the “machine is broken”

Couldn't get either coffee or desert SOO even though I have reduced mobility Told myself I would walk to Tim Horton's 2 blocks away. Pure haven, No crazy noise😇 no customer yelling because their order were wrong. It was calm, smelle of freshly made good food. Plus the employees were smiling. All the equipment was working the place was spotless. No yelling ah sheer blissful place. Boy was I happy suddenly .y world was right again. You know like you've been finally back in Canada after a nightmarish vacation south of the border. I had myself a nice freshly baked explosion of fruit muffin and yes a cruller donut. And an excellent freshly made Mocha coffee that was yesss piping hot just as I had specified to the smiling, calm employee.
Who even took the time while he had a second to ask me if all was to my liking. I can assure you that from now on I will never ever stray from Tim in order to enjoy a treat before facing the grocery store, round supper time. No sirree strayed once believing I was going to enjoy the outing. No more it's Tim or nothing at least in Rivière...
