Smitty's Restaurant & Lounge - Moose Jaw Town 'N' Country — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

Went today for brunch and it was an awful experience. The server seemed new and place was very busy so we tried to give benefit of the doubt, we had to ask multiple times for water, we ordered 2 cherry whisky paralyzers which I asked prior too if they were on a special and she said yes and brought them back to us moments later but when it came time to pay, we were charged full price and she informed us it was actually just the regular paralyzers on special(which should be specified on the drink list and if that was the case i would have ordered a regular one), We found not 1, not 2 but 3 HAIRS in our food, and brought that to our servers attention, she remade my daughters food but by that time we had finished up and had to take it to go. When bringing to our servers attention we were double charged for an item, we witnessed her walk back to her station and slam the bill down while mouthing the F word. We received zero discount or even a real apology, she just seemed very annoyed about us expressing concerns. $80 for a horrible experience and meal. This use to be our go to place every Sunday but after this horrid experience I don't think we will be going back..

I'd also like to add that at the beginning we never once were rude or blaming her for food mistakes because we know it wasn't her fault, but the lack of professionalism and attitude and rudeness we received from her near the end was appalling. Four people in our party: Fish & Chips were served as a large order when never asked if small or large was preferred. Billed extra for a gravy never ordered, never delivered. It was WAY too much. Server should have confirmed serving size. Roast beef was acceptable. Tomato soup was ok. The chicken noodle soup was Campbell chunky soup - DISGUSTING! Really, really disappointing! I only ate the broth. Gross noodles! I never buy that junk at the grocery store so why did I have to pay triple the price in a restaurant. I nievely expected homemade. (As I have had so many times in family restaurants) The ceasar salad was a bag of romaine with sprinkles of croutons and barely dressed. I had to ask the server TWO times for an extra side of dressing. And again the drinks were delivered as Large when never offered a choice. The server was obviously too busy to be polite. I went for supper with my friend on July 21/23 (town and county mall in Moose Jaw) and ordered a mushroom and chicken Alfredo. When my meal came, i took my fork to start eating and I came across something hard in my pasta. When I took it out, I saw that it was a piece of plastic (oval, 2 by 3 inches). I immediately called over the waitress and showed her what I found. She automatically assumed I wanted it remade. In my opinion, she should have asked if I wanted something new or just remade. When I received the bill, i noticed that I was having to pay full price for my meal. I did ask the manager if there would be anything done when something was wrong with the food, and she told me if I get it remade, then nothing will be done.
