Got the food as a skip the dishes order, food came ice cold, watched the driver pick it up and drop it off, the wings were cold the wrap was cold the free poutin was cold the gravy smelled like cat food, the only thing on the order that could not be messed up was the ceaser salad... ohh... I tried the ranch and the ceaser dressing they provided and it tasted like water, after talking too the manager they offered 2 free meals (no thanks never ordering from here ever again) or get a full refund from skip, after 4 hours of talking too 6 agents over the messaging app as skip the dishes does not have a call center for us and says too go through the messenger the order was 58 dollars we were offered 27 then 50% then 26 then 24, unacceptable so I called pretending I was a restaurant and got hung up on then tried again got the full order refunded (not credit card refunded, skip the dishes credit for 58 dollars) I am happy for the resolution but I was defintly not taking the 2 free meals, the manager was very nice but did not give me a resolution that I wanted, we watched skip on the map drive and grab the order and bring it right too use we grabbed the order as he was walking away said thanks and everything was cold, so I think the brew house was not busy as it was late and made the order and it sat well possibly waiting for a delivery driver, I spent 4 hours too recoup my money and not impressed I do not do pubs maybe it's not bad in house but DEFINTLY DO NOT ORDER THROUGH SKIP. Poutines are suppose too be hot and get a cheese pull not cold and the cheese is like rubber, let's talk about the ingredients now, ive cooked for movies and many restaurants in saskatchewan I even cook for the Tim hortons children foundation in kanaskis in alberta, the cheese is not real curds its mozzarella, the fries are store bought mcain fries, they must take the ranch and ceaser dressing and add water too it (it tasted like water I get better taste from kraft) the chicken they put in the "chicken ceaser wrap is absolutely fake) the ceaser salad is hard too mess up what is with the kapers that look like cock roaches, ive had better gravy from small towns even though it's fake there gravy smells like dog food, the wings are low quality, the whole order was absurb, 1 ceaser said 1 chicken ceaser wrap and 1 order wings for 22 bucks for 8, I have never ate here before but the food quality is bad, how hard is it too serve a customer good product with out a trick up the sleeve, I did not want too make this review but with this economy we need too save every dollar we can and not get ripped of, I bet the alcohol drinks are not a scam but we went for a ride tonight and 4 hours of my time too either get 2 free meals (I'm good) or call skip too get a full refund BUYERS BEWARE 58...

Picked this place for a break between some in town obligations. Upon entering was met with a sign instructing me to wait to be seated. Lots of empty spots. After waiting 5 mins or more I was finally acknowledged by the bartender and told to sit anywhere like i should have known. Picked the first cleared booth i could find. Sat down and waited for another 6 mins to get a menu and drink order.

It appeared the waitress on staff was the only one working. Other employees were visible but she seemed to be the only one serving tables. She came back and wiped my table with a very wet rag... no spray/disinfectant. After some more time the bartender finally came for my drink order while the lone waitress served tables outside, inside AND on the upper deck. No specials were mentioned.

I ordered the Appy platter. The bartender asked if I wanted marinara or donair(?) sauce for dipping my garlic fingers. I asked for an explanation of the latter... she said it was kinda creamy. I ordered that.

Food came out relatively quick. My drink was refilled promptly. The ribs were very salty, the nacho chips were soggy and the donair(?) sauce was nearly water... not really creamy in my opinion. The wings were fine... though I usually expect Buffalo wings to be Buffalo ranch... my fault for not clarifying. The spinach dip had nearly NO flavor and wasn't even hot.

No one really checked on the food quality until I was ready to go. Obviously, I had a lot leftover as I intended... working a late shift. Asked for containers for food... waitress brought one small take out container... had to ask for a second and the bill... she finally acknowledged the wait times and apologized. I don't really blame her... the manager should schedule better and hop in when the need arises. Anyway... grudgingly left a 20% tip cuz I know serving is difficult.

Won't be my first pick for...

This was the second time in a few months we have gone to this location. The first was back in August 2022. Service at lunch hour was exceptionally slow even though there were very few people in the restaurant. I ordered the lunch size poutine as did my spouse. Food quality on first visit was average. On that visit the server gave us this useless button to ring for service that didn't even work. Yesterday we returned for a visit at supper, again not too many people in restaurant and approximately 45 minutes after ordering for food to arrive at our table. My husband ordered riblets which were the special they were overcooked to the point of brittle they had far to much salt and not enough pepper. Husband assures me it was "like eating dried pemiken". Also, the special had no accompanying side dish, just a small basket of these riblets. Complete disappointment. I ordered the Canadian Cheddar Burger with sweet potato fries. The food quality was average nothing special basic pub food with small portion on the fries. Server was friendly but somewhat inattentive to detail and slow to offer refills on pop. The net result, we likely wont visit this establishment again, would give low rating to food quality, service, and definitely not enough value for the money. We are sure moose jaw has more to offer for...

My family dined at The Canadian Brewhouse in Moose Jaw and I have to say I was very impressed. We ordered 3 Saturday steak specials, the brisket poutine and face-off fried pickles. The portion size exceeded expectations and the flavour of the steaks was mouthwatering! Adeena offered exceptional service with her attentiveness to our needs checking in as well as bringing refills as soon as they were empty. Her colleague, Korie, only 3 days on the job, even brought a refill while our server was with another table showing fantastic teamwork. The biggest compliment was when our 2 teen ball players only had their phones out to take pictures of the great atmosphere, sport memorabilia and delicious plate. My only complaint is that we had no room for dessert so we will have to stop in once more before we leave the city. This location is definitely worth stopping in to!

Probably the worst experience in a restaurant I’ve ever had. My family and I, along with a few small groups, were the first people in at opening. It took over an hour just to get a Pepsi. After not being seen at all and waiting over 1.5hrs for our food and drinks we asked the manager what was happening as we were contemplating on just leaving. His response was “it is what it is” multiple tables around us ended up leaving without being seen or after being forgotten about. By the time we finally got our food it was cold and had obviously been sitting for a long time. I had the classic poutine that was more of an extremely salty gravy soup. None of us were able to finish our meals as they were all cold and gross. Manager had given us our bill on the house and we all left extremely frustrated and disappointed along with many other families.
