Be very cautious when using their shipping services. I send lots of returns back via QR code and received a call months later that a package had been delivered there for me. The person was upset and told me Iâm to not have packages shipped there and I must pick up today. It ended up being a package I shipped back via QR code months ago that they held onto and did nothing with for 3 months. Why wasnât I called sooner? Why wasnât the package shipped and processed as I was standing there? Another time I shipped a package and usually as soon as itâs scanned in I get an email and my refund. Hours went by and there was no activity. Again, it wasnât scanned by the worker and I had to call and get him to scan it. Itâs always the same employee I have this happen with. Rep said to order it and I would get refunded for the remainder because the one I chose was going on clearance by the time the order arrived. Went in to pick it up and get a refund. They processed the refund for the whole amount and asked me to pay the clearance price. The money hadn't been returned to my account. They eventually said the refund was going to take 3 to 5 business days. I refused to pay the second price until the money was back in my account. They literally held my product hostage. It wouldn't work, so we decided to return the product since it wasn't going to do what we needed. We had unfortunately exchanged it prior to see if it was a product issue, so when we brought the second product back, the woman who processed the prior exchange was very rude. We didn't want to return it, but why keep a $200 item that would be a paperweight until I have the ability to fix the issue that prevented me from using the product?
