I mobile ordered, as I always do, for four beverages, waited a few minutes and then left to go pick it up. I arrived maybe 2 minutes prior to the suggested pickup time. There were two cars ahead of me, no big deal. I let them know I was here for my order when it was my turn. Again no problem. Got to the window after waiting for the other two cars to be dealt with and was asked very politely to pull up in the front and they'd bring my drinks out cause they weren't quite ready. Again, no problem I don't mind because there was a car behind me. The drinks came out in less than 2 minutes. The girl who brought them out was very kind.
I got home with my beverages and found a written message of "please give us adequate time to complete your order" on one of the cups. This passive aggressive note could have easily been relayed to me verbally and I would have apologized right then and there, even though there was definitely adequate time given. The only request I make of any hot drinks is that they're made extra hot because I'm a slow drinker.
Had I ordered four drinks right there I wouldn't have been asked to pull aside and they would've been completed without a fuss.
I personally won't be ordering from this Starbucks anymore. The only reason this post is getting a star at all is because of the girl in the window who is...

They are also not kind when I ask for it to be remade. Today I asked for an iced drink that is on their menu (no customizations). I had to repeat my order twice to correct the staff that rung it in. I get to the window to pay and ask to pay with my stars. The staff did not understand and had scan my card multiple times. They then handed me a hot drink. I said that this was supposed to be iced and they ask me to wait out front. I wait out front for over 5minutes. I finally went inside to get it. It appears that instead of remaking my drink, they put it back in the queue so I have to wait twice. This is not the first time something like this...

Each car had small orders, as did I and I watched as each order had errors and required them (and I) to wait far too long for a quick order. They also incorrectly prepared my order even though it was placed through the mobile app which makes my order very clear. At first they attempted to hand me a hot beverage when I ordered a cold drink and even once I received my cold drink it was missing requested features. They also, unsurprisingly at this point, forgot to provide my holiday beverage purchase sticker. Knowing this is not the norm, I will return. I pray, however, that the crew from this evening receive...
