KFC — Restaurant in Moosomin

Well this is now the second time I have had a horrible experience in the same week as my order was places at 632pm dye to be delivered by 712 pm and it's now 923 pm no food delivered and after many failed attempts to contact the restaurant and 4 separate calls with kfc Canada I am being left with this matter being refunded back to my card as a resolution for the hole situation however I am having to wait 3 to 5 business days for that refunded. Leaving me still without the food ordered for the family to feed them supper TONIGHT I now have to go without the money while I wait for the refund. Now due to the fact that this is a small town at 9pm there are no longer any restaurants open doing deliveries wich makes this a even more of a inconvenience with a house full of hungry family members and the frustration of having to begin making a meal at 930 pm due to the inconvenience of this now the second time happening in a week. I am very sadly left with a frustrating situation and horrible inconvenience and hardship left to simply just wait for a refund on the money I spent on something that I am not receiving. Yet it came out of the account the date of purchase but because of the inadequate follow threw on this order by kfc I have to go with out the money that came out of my account while this is rectified making this inconvenience drag out longer and much more frustrating and tough for the days to follow....

Stopped by the other evening close to their closing time. Ordered a three piece meal, the pieces where re-warmed in the fryer or something as the middle of the pieces where at best warm and the outside was dark, the chicken was dry.

We ordered cheese cake too but it was not I the bag. What was I the bag was two empty popcorn chicken containers with the popcorn chicken all in the bottom of the bag.

As it was close to closing one of the workers was sweeping the section that is between the front of the restaurant and the washrooms. She made a barricade with chairs so my children could not pass. I asked her if we could move the chairs. She reluctantly moved a chair so we could pass through to use the washroom. When finished we found this chair barricade to be back up and we're greeted with a glare from the worker that would turn Medusa into stone.

We had been traveling and got the food to go so we were not able to go back and give them an opportunity to correct these issues. This wasn't our first time at this KFC, and have better experiences before but after this experience the A&W or Tim Hortons will be our go to when traveling on this part of the...

Showed up at 8:30 pm on a saturday long weekend after a strenous day of fishing. Had my eyes on the diabetic cookie pizza thing. Seen the display for a triple teir pizza box. Not only was it 3 levels of pizza in a box but i was also going to clean out the box after my gluttony filled pizza fest to store my folded socks . I asked for the 3 tier pizza box and they conversed amongst themselves in ching-chong and told me they ran out of pizza dough.... what kinda pizza hut runs out of pizza dough on a saturday night....i called them out on their blatant lie. than another employee told me they only have "frozen pizza" that takes 1 hour to cook. I thought to myself pizza hut better start using ovens instead of cooking their pizza over an open fire out back in the alleyway. I called them out on being lazy and making up excuses after they contradicted themselves over the "fumbling" of excuses. The staff are all in "cohoots" with eachother to do as little as humanly possible but just enough to not get fired and still earn a paycheck.
