Absolutely the BEST Subway experience I’ve ever had! Huge shoutout to Chintan – he completely changed the game when it comes to customer service and sandwich-making! From the moment I walked in, he was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. He took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my sub and built it to absolute perfection. Honestly, it was hands-down the best sub I’ve ever had – fresh ingredients, perfect proportions, and made with care.

You can tell Chintan takes pride in what he does, and it shows in the quality of food and service he delivers. If you’re ever stopping at the Subway in Moosomin, do yourself a favor and ask for Chintan – he’ll hook you up with a 10/10 sub and a 10/10 vibe.

HORRIBLE STAFF member UCHIT working there, doesnt know how to talk with customers, i asked for a gift card for 7 dollars and he said you are not able to get gift card under 10 dollars, but the rules on the official subway site says minimum 5 dollars, he is telling us to get 10 dollars gift card even we dont want to because we lose the card after use and i punched extra sauce on my online order and they were giving me less i asked for extra sause he comes up and started yelling. First of all these “local guides” on here calling this place great are bots, not one name recognized. This restaurant has gone downhill on an alarming scale since new ownership, not only do they regularly run out of ingredients regularly but they don’t offer a substitution or refunds when this happens (ordered on mobile app) Today they ran out of lettuce and instead loaded the entire sub with so much pepper it was inedible. The staff barely speaks English and is very rude to customers, often cutting the customer off to speak to other employees in said different language. Will not be eating at this...
