Boston Pizza — Restaurant in Morden

Below average BP food, yet with very good service / waiter to lessen the kick in the the nuts and wallet?

I have only once had a greasier and nasty burger in my life - it was at the AnW at Kildonan place run by degenerates and addicts.

I suspect a novice cook/ kitchen staff, if not it's a clear sign of major issues or who knows what. Ridiculous 20$ burger dripping grease with a grease soaked bottom bun.

Undercooked sliced potato fries somehow. Soft / old carrots and cucumbers.

Caesar with what must have been room temp ingredients besides the ice. it was warm despite being filled with ice. I have possibly never in my life actually had all the ice melt well before finishing a drink.

A mistake that won't happen again. I had wrote off BP in any major city...and now ANY BP..... it's really a blatant slap in the face wherever you go, any BP. Expect to pay massively for decent at best food.

Nice staff tho...rest assured, no pressure, the lowest tip % is 15%. LOL

Showed up at 540pm. Got seated on the patio. Waitress came and we asked for water to start (the were 7 of us) she brought 1 jug which filled 5 glasses. 20 minutes later a male waiter came by said he was serving us. We ordered cocktails which weren’t put in the system until 6:20pm. We ordered appys and then food which all in all took over 2 hours to receive.we had to ask for cutlery and napkins for the appys as nothing was placed on the table as the server and waitress seemed to be in disagreement as to who was serving our table. One order was completely wrong in our group and we ended up havig to take our food to go as we didn’t expect it to take 2 hours for a pizza. The manager ended up delivering our food and we had already asked for it to go. She never once asked why we packing it up or if everything was ok. Clearly it wasn’t. The food that was wrong in our group was for a child who ordered tacos and ended up with a club house sandwich which in turn still ended up on the bill and being paid for. Totally...

Really disappointed with BP delivery. Ordered three meals to a hotel that’s five minutes away because ordering online wasn’t working. We got the food almost two hours after we ordered (ordered at 6:30, food arrived for just after 8:20). We had called a few times throughout as they originally said it would be 45 minutes. After every call, they said it would only be 10 more minutes due to the drive. The food we got was cold, soggy, and missing sauce. We called to see if we could get some money back or new meals sent, and they sent new meals which also came a lot later than they initially said they would. We got the new food and the special orders we had requested the first time weren’t made correctly the second time, even though they confirmed that it was the same as the first order. Really sad because we waited and postponed plans because we kept getting told the food would arrive in 10 minutes, and the food both wasn’t good and...
