Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mount Pearl

Well on 21 April 2023 I ordered medium pizza with 4 toppings online and then i get it was wrong ( they didn’t put any toppings one size only and other size they put only chesse ) i called them right away and they said they made mistake so they will repalce it but as it was time for closing so they asked me to drop tomorrow night as per manager (jaydeep) and i was like fine thanks. And today 22 April i called them to clam my free pizza first they said its okay we will deliver to your place soon. After couple minutes they called me again and asking me for delivery fee. I asked him why am going to pay delivery fee I already paid last night so why am goona pay it? He was like no you have to pay it. And i asked him am not going to pay any delivery fee as I suppose to and the manager last night didn’t even mentioned it. He got annoyed by that and he said i will call you again. He called again he said jaydeep is not the owner of company he dont make rules i was like its not my problem as per customer services they dont ask you pay again for delivery fee. I asked him i also work in restaurant and I know this. And then he said am goona put comments on your account and next time we not goona do this, i asked him you sound like you doing favouring me okay you just to fix your mistake. He was literally so rude he even didn’t let me finish my things while i was talking. And i asked next time i will not order from your location and thank you for nice customer service. He was like its fine. I literally never had this kind experience from dominoes. I dont like to complain but when this kinda things happen i can’t control myself. I hope any other customers dont have this kinda rude...

Your online service went offline tonight so we could not order online. Why???? We had to called your Mount Pearl store and ask over the phone for the online deal we have been using for the last several months. That is the $10.99 for a five topping pizza. They acted as if this deal never existed and I had to ask for the Manager to get the price that we always received online. After several minutes of hmmm and ahhhhs, they gave us the price we always got online as if they were doing us a special favor. This is such sad service for such a long time customer. Is this the best you can do and why did your online service go down?

Placed an order for delivery, it arrived promptly but the pizza was made completely wrong (taking cheese off is not an easy fix). I called the store and they said they would have another one delivered in 25 minutes... 40 minutes went by and I called again to see if it was sent out yet and was told that they actually transfered our order to the paradise location... my pizza arrived at the 60 minute mark, still missing the garlic fingers they were supposed to replace due to the wait (I would have give the cold ones back obviously) needless to say I’m a very dissatisfied customer.
