Booster Juice — Restaurant in Nanaimo

I've been to this location 3 times and the woodgrove centre 1 time the past few months. On all 4 occasions, I ordered a smoothie and specifically said dairy allergy so no milk. All four times when I'm given the smoothie I ask if it's the allergy one and they say no, it has milk in it. Why? If I told you it's an allergy so no milk I can't be more clear than that. Clearly there is very poor training for allergies. I reached out on the website with no response. I reach out a few days later on Facebook and was told a local person would reach out to me in a few business days. Six business days later still nothing. If you have allergies and go here make sure you double check or you could end up sick. I would have had very sick 1 year old if I didn't ask. Poor...

I’ve gone to this Booster Juice probably 100 times in the past year and a half; every time has been great. The ladies there are fantastic. They are a team of youth, and they prove that there ARE young people willing to work hard. They are always kind, I’m not sure I’ve ever seen an employee look miserable there; always smiles which creates a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I aways went before work, & ladies I hope you see this: those smoothies kept me going through some pretty challenging shifts!! Thank you for always being willing to listen and share a laugh with me! I haven’t had any problems with the service personally. I take advantage of the app and order online since I am often on a tight time line and need to be quick. When it works it’s great! I can run in and out within seconds. The juice is a good way to keep up my energy through the day and tastes pretty good. The only issue is that the online ordering is hit or miss. It works one day and then the store is not accepting online orders the next. It’s not possible to predict if it will allow an order or not. That’s it. It’s a good spot to grab a quick...
