Got here 5 minutes before closing.The door was still open and I went to the counter. The lady told be they were closed and pointed to the door. I said 'if you're going to close before time, then maybe lock the door'. This person wasn't cleaning or working in any way, but just chatting to the other worker who was cleaning up. She said in a very sarcastic tone 'well we have to let people out'. As I looked there was only one customer leaving by the other door. This isn't the first time I've come here even 10 minutes before closing and they wouldn't serve me. Note to owner: your workers are closing your business early and you are losing money as a result. Maybe hire people based on their customer service abilities and not based on if they look like young, female instagram models. After being spoken to the way I was spoken to, I am simply not going to go here again and will give my business to the hospital coffee shop...

The staff is quite friendly and attentive, the place is clean and the owner/Manger? Is quite invested in making sure the service is good.

Good mix of coffees at good prices and fresh baked goods. Smelled like cookies while I was there, and the modern ascetic was relaxing and not invasive

New location is great! Spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. Staff are friendly and helpful. Menu is what you'd expect from Drip: lots of different nice coffees, bars, and sandwiches. Decent vegan options (one bar, one cookie, one salad, one sandwich) and they can make most drinks vegan. Prices aren't cheap, but you're paying for ambience and quality. The perfect place to study or hang out. Close to the hospital and directly across from Central Drugs pharmacy. Bathrooms...
