First and last experience. Ever.

I ordered a vegetarian wrap from here recently, then went back to work. I had taken a couple of bites when I felt my teeth spring back and quickly noticed a cardboard round in my wrap.

I went back to request a refund and showed them the sandwich and the aforementioned cardboard round. I was offered another sandwich, which was nice of them, but I turned it down. They asked for my paper receipt, which I declined earlier after paying with the tap option on my phone. I did have the physical card and offered that as a means of validation. I was told that my order couldn't be looked up that way, that they could really only do it with the paper receipt or the time of order and was then asked for the exact time I was there. I couldn't remember, but I felt exasperated by this point and opened Google Wallet, which had the card number, transaction ID, the time stamp, and the location where the card was used. It was only then they offered me the card reader to insert my credit card for the refund.

I get that the refund policy may be stringent, but it was a bit of a headache trying to get my money back after chewing literal cardboard. It makes me wonder about their food safety practices too. Just...

I ordered a sausage sandwich and they mixed mine up with someone who ordered a veggie. I was a little concerned because a vegetarian eating a sausage breakfast sandwich is a little different than me eating their veggie.

When I mentioned it the person blew it off saying "I can't help it if they took your sanwhich" I'm not sure what that means since they were specifically the reason the sandwiches were switched.

Food service is a tough job but I would have liked to see a little more concern about their mistake. Their customer shouldn't be showing more concern for their mistake than the. I could care less about my order being screwed up, and this has nothing to do with mine...
